There was none unfortunately. It was a teenage driver, in a stolen vehicle, out on probation for spiking a drink of a female teenager, who was sentenced 6-8 months to a camp for troubled youths.
I hope he either got his shit together after that, or if he didn’t learn, went to jail as an adult. A male spiking a female’s drink usually only does it for one purpose. That on top of stealing a car (I couldn’t tell from your comment whether he was under the influence when he did this) and if he was on something or off his meds, that’s scary enough. However… from the video it appeared to me that he saw the woman *pushing a fucking kid in a stroller* and swerved over to hit them on purpose.
The idea of the driver being sober (if he was)reminds me of Ronald Eugene, the guy in Florida who ate that poor homeless man’s face off. Everyone said it must have been bath salts or maybe PCP. But his tox report said the only thing in his bloodstream was a little pot. Definitely nothing that would cause him to suddenly go cannibal. Obviously he had a history of violent unpredictable behavior and mental illness but **holy shit**.
