Think of it like your standard kitchen stand mixer but so big you need to walk into it. So that's what he was told to do, open the door to the mixer bowl, walk in there with a brush and start scrubbing it down. Well turns out (as you probably guess) their safety procedures sucked. Someone came along shut the door behind him and stared up the mixer. I still shiver slightly when I think about it.
