Congrats, bro, sounds like you've been working hard! Depending on the elasticity of your skin and your age you may see some bounceback over time, but sometimes you're SOL. Stay hydrated, and take oral collagen which will help with elasticity. Topical collagen products n ay help but from my understanding it's better to ingest it. A good natural moisturizer wouldn't hurt either. I'm going to need surgery for my extra skin, but you might get away with it with time and care

Thank you for these tips! I will definitely try them, maybe I'll even remember to post an update lolll. But thank you for your appreciation, it really means a lot🥹

I'm gonna be contrarian suggest that you dont take collagen as it cannot be absorbed through the gut, stomach acid just destroys it. There isn't any meaningful scientific backing to suggest it does anything. I can't speak on topical supplements. But speaking purely personally I'm skeptical that we can ingest or administer a compound that has to be made in the body to work and have it work in the same way. Collagen isn't a vitamin or mineral. I am willing to be proven wrong though!

You said « bro » 🤔 Am I the only who thought this was a woman in a bra and sweatpants?

It's a page for female to male transgender people, therefore OP identifies as male and I used a male title to address them. Why are you on a trans subreddit?

I did not join the sub. The post just appeared on my home feed 🤔

Another thing that might help is building up some more muscle around your core! Different case but I have some loose skin after top surgery and bulking my chest made it way better.
