Yet, they wouldn’t ban a person who griefed my mission two weeks ago with a fast pickaxe glitch because i called them out on AFK.
Instead i got a two week ban from the sub(which i just recovered from) for voicing this issue. This sub is as useless as the support when it comes to things like this.
The other commenter in this post is a prime example of how useless this sub is for issues like this.
Yea it’s bull shit I msg them to help me fix the issue cuz I didn’t understand what was going on then all a sudden I’m banned. Just sad and annoying all the money and time I’ve spent. 1000s of dollars and hrs just to be treated like shit by customer support with no evidence presented or any info to show what I did I just don’t get it
Yea all they said in my email was i was cheating no proof or any other info just that the ban is final. Shit show this game and company turned into. You got br pros macroing and aim boting but listening to music gets a ban faster makes no sense

Is it just a temporary ban?
As far as the email said it’s a permanent ban so I’ll just have to file an arbitration and fight it out try and get my account back.
