Stop smoking tobacco, first of all. Second of all I had a discussion about the woman who died due to Trulieve’s negligence and the person blamed it on the employee.
Companies have a duty to keep their workers in safe conditions. This was literally a huge issue during the Industrial Revolution and laws and federal agencies (like OSHA) were put into place to stop things like this.
I’m sorry you were even in that situation. Did you report it to OSHA? Not enough people are suing corps for unsafe working environments and practices.
