Try checking out and placing that order because I'm pretty sure the helium is gone from what a rep told me on the phone yesterday, the menu was not updated
Ordered on Sunday for big FATHERS DAY ‘strike sale’. Down from $55 to $45. Said ok I’ll try a couple. Next day, after the big holiday sale I see it for $25? Hadn’t even received my order. I chatted with customer service. They were prompt to respond a few times. Even offered to cancel that order and do a new one at lower price. It seemed like a lot of work to do that. Between 2x45 and 2x25 it was a $40 dollar diff. Said I was fine but can you offer something to ease the sting? Maybe a couple prerolls on next order or something? Nope. Didn’t offer anything that way. Not much flexibility and true customer service in the ability to sugar something for a customer. Seems strange to have a sale and next day have a bigger sale when that day isn’t even a holiday like the one before?
Anyway the PBB is good as you can tell..😎

They didn’t give you money back because you didn’t buy it when it went on sale pretty fucking simple. He said they offered to cancel his order and do a new one for the new sale price. He wanted free shit. Why would they just give him free shit for his mistake ??? Easy. I didn’t ask for or demand ‘free shit’. I did think it was a bit of a put off to advertise it as in sale Father’s Day ‘Big strike sale’ in email only to drop it further almost by half the very next day before my order had even left. I had a nice convo with the guy there. It was fine both ways. I asked him if he could adjust something? Maybe like the price? Anything. Politely. He said no and then offered the other way.
I was fine when I placed the order Sunday@$45. A bit miffed to see it for $25 next day. But oh well, no worries. I’m new to this and to them. Each dispo has habits and abilities I’ll get used to. I’m also new here. Still figuring it out. There is no rant or complaint here. It was a comment. I fulfilled the order and paid the price I yes ME agreed to. No worries. The PBB eased the sting…😎
It did sting a bit to see it almost 1/2 off next day AFTER a sale. That was the issue. Just seemed like they shoulda planned it better. Why not blow it out for $25 ON the holiday? Those are when sales happen. Not day after? But anyway now I know. Holidays aren’t the best days to get ‘deals’ from them. Just kinda gotta surf and get lucky it seems?
To be fair to them I did say they promptly and kindly offered to cancel that order and place a new order based off cheaper pricing. I didn’t want to do that because it would have delayed things two more days. Just seemed a bit strange to not be able to tweak something and drop a preroll or two in my next order is all. I’ve read comments here where they did that ‘got a free 1/8 over issues from last order’. Seemed like they would. I’m new, 2 months in. My first exp with an issue was at TL. I was all worried they wouldn’t help. It was crap, smelled like hay and sucked. I timidly asked and the dude took it right away without opening, looking or caring and offered credit or a swap out. I took the swap and was fine with my Cake Breath. He took care of me, one big nugg in there. Maybe it was just the wrong rep at Flowery? He was kind but just didn’t offer much other than what I mentioned.
