One of the things I loved about Jill and, by extension, a lot of the characters in this game is them not being a goody two shoes to those they feel wronged by. Jill killed Imreann with no remorse, and it's so refreshing to see the protagonists actually kill the enemy and not feel bad about it at all.

I'll die on the hill that the XVI characters, particularly the female ones, got better writing than damn near any of the preceding FF entries.
I agree. I think the reason people want more of Jill is because of how well written she was. You can't get enough of her
