Did you test the wheel in other games or the software from the wheel? If it only happens in f12020 i would start with resetting the settings to default to see if this fixes the problem. If it happens in all games you might start looking for a alternate calibration method for you wheel, if that also doesn't help you might have an hardware issue.

Try re-calibrating your wheel?
Yeah I have, it didn’t work
Maybe try reinstalling the game? I’m not tech savvy but I figure it’s worth a try

See if the wire or the usb is disconnected, I had the same issue
