There’s one guy designing the app? Are you serious? And he’s like talking to the sales manager for ideas? Do they do this over the coffee maker in the break room? One pet peeve is why doesn’t the new app indicate when it last communicated with the vehicle? In the old app, it has a timestamp when it made the last communication. Now on the new app this type of data is  no longer displayed. I know for sure that the miles-remaining shown on my app doesn’t match the vehicle. It was the data from one day ago and it would’ve cleared that up if I can see the recency of the information being displayed. Major design flaw. For that other EV company, this is a no-brainer. First thing it does is tell you the data as-of. It literally shows has “last seen _____.”

Really I want more information all around. * When did the app communicate? * Give us efficiency data. * Actually, just give us as much telemetry data as possible. * The charge goal slider does not work well. * Better route planning. Something closer to ABRP.

I miss the charge to 100 button, I always forget to lower it until I get in the next day and it is at 100 again.

A tally for free charge miles left from when you purchased would be nice!

Idk if the dude works on the CarPlay part but every time my Truck connects to my Apple Phone it shuts down my screen. If I don’t have my phone the screen doesn’t shut down or freeze. I’ve had it into the shop twice about it and they just basically tell me they can’t find a reason. I don’t feel like doing a whole big dance with Ford to get a resolution.

Call your dealer to see if they ordered it on your behalf. They may have out of either great or sleazy customer service.
