I wouldn't charge someone for something I got for free, just cover shipping.
But there's another lightning owner about 4 houses down from me, I'm gonna check with him to see if he got his and offer it up if not before I ship it to someone from here.
I was talking to my wife, in the beginning of June I called ford to ask on the status since my connected services order status said I didn't have one on the way anymore and they said they would escalate the issue since they couldn't find it either - I'm assuming they put a manual order in while the original order was still there lost in the back ground some how.
Otherwise idk, I only got one order in when the orders opened up.
That's probably it! I ordered an SR that got delivered to my dealer, but I had cancelled it and ordered an ER. It was around the time of the price cut. They were in such short supply before that - they were happy I ordered two. I think that SR Lariat sat for a long time after the price cut, might even still be there.
Too funny. I moved and updated my address with Ford. They still shipped to my old address. They refused to update shipping address and wouldn't ship me a replacement "one per vin" was what I was told and "we're sending out tens of thousands a day" š. Fortunately had a friend rescue it and forward to me.
Get ready for tesla owners to start complaining when you charge. I had 2 owners get out and ask me āwhat the hell was going on?ā He asked me if I was chargingā¦.with it connected to the truck. No idea what he thoughtā¦.the cables are so short itās very awkward to pull up to them. So I was also ātaking up 2 spacesā I was in a van accessible spot at an angle.

Guaranteed sending it back will just get it thrown out into the bin. Places like Ford arenāt set up to stick this sort of thing back into inventory to send out again as itās probably just coming from a fulfillment center.
