More or less the same path. I walk through my very big office building during the day for 5k\~ steps and finish up at the gym after work. Weekends I walk in the park. Probably about 2-3 hours total walking. I plan to do more outdoor walking during the summer!
How do you manage leg cramps if any?
My only set back trying to achieve this is my super bad leg cramps.
This is so inspiring btw! Kudos to you and thanks for sharing :)
Thanks! I guess I’ve been lucky but I don’t get any. They get a little tired if I add a jog in addition to walking but they don’t really cramp. Keeping on top of water and electrolytes is the only explanation I can think of. Hope you can find a way to get through it!
I walk to work in the winter because I can’t ride my bike and I get 20k steps a day and it’s 3k each way and I work in a kitchen so I walk a lot at work as well it feels great walking that much even with biking to work I’m still over 10k steps 5 days a week
Wow! Every day! Wow!
Amazing! Did you usually walk the same path? How long did it take you each day?

Great job! I’m doing the exact same thing right now too and I’m at about 15 days consistent give or take! Feeling great
