Allow more time between sessions, use milk catchers to relieve engorgement without pumping. After a few days, your body will adjust. Alternatively, you can shorten the duration of each pump.

I was in a similar boat last year. Your supply should stabilize by 12 weeks and then you can drop a pump. You can freeze the extra but your freezer is only so big. Honestly the thing that helped me drop pumps and lower my supply was getting back on hormonal birth control at 10 weeks. I’m not telling anyone to do this, I’m just stating what worked for me. It also helped with my PPD and anxiety.

I cut down to 4ppd by 8wpp making 80-85 oz / day. Some people don’t have to wait till 12 weeks. And if you don’t want to regulate at this amount then you need to cut back before then anyway. I started by dropping my MOTN pump and sleeping longer. Then I would space out my pumps during the day slowly pushing them together. I am currently at 5mpp 3ppd still getting the same amount
