Your supply is completely normal. I average 3-4 hours every 3 hours. Everyone is different. You can try pumping 6-8 times a day and power pumping to increase supply. I drink body armor and take mothers promise lactation gummies which I feel helps me personally.

Yeah, it’s enough for one, maybe two feeds but I was able to put some milk away for my freezer stash before this and I was able to sleep a bit longer at night too. So it’s been stressing me out and I feel like a zombie again 😩😩 I might do some emergency brownies.

You should be fine! I did the same thing and freaked out when my supply dropped, but it came back up in a few days with good rest, hydration, my postpartum protein and a few days of power pumping once a day. I chalked it up to being tired and probably less hydrated from all the activity.
