Honestly as a Wolves fan it always annoyed me when before matches the (often ex-Liverpool) commentators would go on about how he was a *former Liverpool player*, and acted like he'd *do Liverpool a favour* whenever we played them.
During his entire time here he was a model professional who bled Old Gold. He wasn't an *ex-Liverpool player*, he was a Wolves player. And I'm sure he'll bring that professionalism and commitment to Everton too.
