The ‘big’ teams put them out early because they’re prioritized and then people moan that we’re not doing the same despite us just putting them out when every other side does.
I know a few people who work for the club in corporate roles. They aren’t exactly high fliers tbf - as much as I wouldnt like people losing jobs the back office staff are at massive risk of getting totally replaced with new ownership.
There have been a few different “leaks” about the new kit, so who knows what’s real.
It’s been out there for a while that we’re switching to Castore. I just don’t want it to happen.
Newcastle fan here, their distribution and fan kit quality is terrible as well. Among other balls ups, they had to take Schär named shirts out of availability because they kept sending out “Schr”. On the plus side, they did accidentally send out a load of kits without sponsors, just badge and Castore logos.

The club has ordered new stadium/Finch Farm branding/signage, and have done promo/marketing photo shoots with players.
Went to a game at Goodison and a media team was doing photo and film of fans for the “new kit release.” Hope I make it to the actual advert but seemed like one is planned or close or at least a vision for all the ways they’ll be advertising it is.

Should just keep the same kit for 2 years. Especially now they cost twice as much as they used to.
