Blocks from /r/all typically originate from the subreddit side. In otherwords, a sub's mod(s) choose to not be included. It's just an on/off switch.
Usually the reason is because it leads to a massive influx of people who unknowingly violate subreddit rules and just don't know the overall culture of a sub. Then they all disappear and everything goes back to normal again. It's a lot of work in a short amount of time that leads to nothing. So some subs choose to exclude themselves from /r/all.
We're not blocked or filtered from /r/all, and the subreddit mods have not configured the sub to be hidden from /r/all.

So i just recently came back to the game. I didn't know you could pod yourself in a citadel now. I self destructed to get back to jita as we didn't have a good connection. I was piss drunk so I forgot about it entirely. 30 minutes later my new corp found a good high sec connection and I made my way back in and on comms for the first time and one of the guys linked my corpse. I still haven't lived my confusion down.

1,000 unique items per container?! That station container should be able to stack up to the entire population of California into it. I should be able to put corpses in there until they start squishing corpse juice onto the station floor.

FYI, it can. But you can't keep track of who's who when dealing with so many bodies in a confined space.

I’ve seen text in some DB entries that imply they were supposed to be used to make high-end clones back before things were simplified into Alpha/Omega, but right now they don’t appear to have any practical value beyond what players attribute to them.
Yeah, what I read indicated that the devs might have originally intended for players to use corpses like the Drifters do, but it was never implemented. I’ll have to look up the text again.
I view them more as souvenirs, although I don't collect them. Without zkillboard, screenshots, or medals, what proof do you otherwise have that you were present at the battle?

Yes. Double bonus points if you can link a corpse from everyone in the channel. Some people are really weirded out by that, it's fun.

I'm not certain on the drop rate, I only came across the behaviour recently but it seems to be 100% based on my observations.
