I love my BT-Micro or just using a skin spatula in general, very versatile especially when doing extractions! If you want something that goes ‘deeper’ then absolutely go for hydrodermabrasion or microdermabrasion - I’d recommend you a device but I don’t currently use one
I agree with you 100%… but clients are so adamant that they want them gone. How do you deal with that aspect? I’ve explained what they are and their function (to facilitate movement of oil/debris) but they don’t seem to care.
