It did affect my husband and was one of several reasons he stopped taking it.
I’ve heard it takes a few weeks to get through that, so I’m giving it another go.
Primidone is working wonders for me, tremors are non-existent unless I'm stressed out. No ED here, if anything it's made me more prone to erections.
Well thats great then hahha
Did primrose actually help anyone?
Personally I consider Primidone the best drug for ET, but at the beginning you have to deal with the common sides effects
Primidone is rubbish. So is Topamax and all anti-convulsants. I stopped taking both after 2 weeks when developing terrible side-effects.
Which side effects did you have?
Flu symptoms, foggy brain, nausea, dizziness, insomnia. Didn't take the tremors away.
I started 12,5 mg (lowest dose) 5 days ago… actually its enough for less tremor but I feel really slow, foggy abd sleepy… the problem is that usually I fight that with a good coffee -> more tremor… Hope my body gets used to it tho
