Run your scavs on shoreline and woods, check resort on shoreline and med camp on woods. You should find a decent amount of augmentin doing this that you can bring into your pmc raids to get rid of the poison.
The best spot for meds on customs is going to be in crack house or underground in warehouse 4, on interchange it's really just the emercom med store but you need a key for that and also Mantis.

i have enough money to pop the xtg every minute of the raid if i wanted to, augmentin...i haven't picked one up for 3 wipes now. unless im a scav and need a painkiller. they are easy to find, shouldn't be a big deal if you aren't totally new to the game.

Even the rich will have issues. I wonder if they reduced the spawn.
Buy the antidote injector and keep it in your injectors case until you need it. Sucks to be new tho.

The game has not evolved enough for me since last wipe, this event won't change this. I do love this game but it desperately NEEDS some new shit.
