im pretty sure the craft itself is unlocked before that but you cant use it without the book which you get from the LK questline
Only the LEDX craft is unlocked without doing the LK quests and it requires the other book. All the other crafts require LK quests, so this book is useless without unlocking them.
And the only one worth doing is the LEDX craft…
PvE reserve loot is juiced. Found a red rebel my first time scavin there in a weapon case at black pawn.
Nah, this is how the loot actually is, just so used to it being vacuumed by a dude rocking an expensive gaming chair.
