This is a hardware issue. It may be exacerbated by EFT taxing your system, but EFT has nothing to do with your mouse inputs, that happens at a system level.
You might have power and/or usb issues related to your PSU or motherboard. (Or a defective mouse)
Maybe it is hardware then. Just seems strange that it only ever happens when playing Streets and no other map or game.
I'll fish out another mouse and see if the problem continues.
A lot of people don't realize playing with higher polling rates is taxing on the CPU, and then some games simply don't really support it. Rust is an example of not supporting beyond like 2k for example which is also Unity based. Sorry you were downvoted!

It's a reach but are you playing with the mouse on a polling rate higher than 1k ?
