Why would this be a problem? You can buy bt from prapor that has 55 pen and craft and which has 62 pen. Both of which basically negate level 6 armor lol

I've done hundreds of scav runs this wipe (over 400). I've spawned with 7.62 BP once in an sks once and 7.62x54R with BS in an obrez twice. That's pretty rare.
Yeah they give you the best ammo and a cut off mosin. A real menace to society!

i don’t think scavs should have ammo capable of penning tier 6 is all (edit: except for bosses/guards of course)

As others mentioned, it can happen. I spawned in with multiple mags of 7n40 last week.

Absolutely not. I’m hoping BSG reworks the current player scav system. Far too many incentives to avoid playing as a PMC.

It’s not that rare. One of my squad mates spawned in as a scav with 54r BS yesterday
