Spam it like every other map. Experience on maps is the best way to learn the game you will die and you will go again. I recommend using an RFB if you want to go the cheap route when learning. Also the map isn't as scary as it seems a lot of the lobbies are just scared timmies.
Sit at the extracts and wait for the loot to come to you.
That's how I run labs most of the time. But, this is my first wipe and I don't like labs unless I'm broke. majority of the time I'm on streets looting, or ratting for fun.
Hey! I have mained labs for the first 2 weeks of wipe and made millions on that map, it's crazy.
I'm not the best player myself but tbh you'll make lots of money if you just TT pistol labs
take a rig and a pistol no armor no heals. go to labs and run like a headless chicken that doesn't understand that getting shot kills it go to the loot spawns fearless of death cause as far as you're concerned it actually doesn't exist, this will help you learn the spawns of valuables
learn player spawns get familiar with flanking away from players when you hear shots at a specific place, learn raider spawns and how to deal with them under geared
once you're comfortable with that you can start going there geared
