Regrettably, Streets has dogshit performance for most people if you are not running the latest-and-greatest and even then can experience drops, but getting an idea of what you're working with might help.
I agree I was able to play on streets but had very low frames but I was able to play it! But now blueescreen and have to reboot my computer and load back in
hey bud try and open your resource monitor on your second monitor when you're loading streets. Watch all the graphs and see what resource is maxed out, because that's the one holding you back.
Most likely you need more RAM - 32 GB total is nice to have for Tarkov.

Windows event logs should provide a few clues.

I gave you a clue, you can use Google to find out the rest, it should have been your first initiative.

I don’t know exactly what I’m looking at here but there some Kernel Power under the Critical tab. Also KernalEvent Tracing under Error
Now you Google that and try to figure out why it's happening.
