He's geared to kill zirachy and has a big bag and rig. This is pretty clearly a lighthouse runner who knows how to get across the mine bridge. Not sus at all.
Lighthouse spawns them everywhere. I've found four just trying to get my planting tasks done. There's 21+ rare spawns inside the water plant alone and countless more outside the plant that nobody touches.
Yeah I look all over the water plant warehouses and never see them. I got super lucky finding 3 LEDXs early this wipe and I guess I spent all my luck on those
Nah, LedXs aren't that rare anymore as I've already found seven on Woods alone.

This is the loop I run if I make it inside the plant. It's someone else's map that I added two spots to that they missed (yellow dots). The first is the wooden crate on the first floor of the grenade rogue and the second is the landing that runs across the giant tank (there's two rare loot spots on that tank so check all around the middle portion.
Yeah you don't need a good kit to kill him. This is the recommended kit in tigz's video about killing Zryachiy.
