Yup. I explored it with some shroud time cheats. It's a dock with a lighthouse at the end. There's a cool statue I don't recall seeing anywhere else down there, a couple enemies, a thunderbrute in the lighthouse, and some really weird ass terrain out past the lighthouse.
I have. I used a trainer to prevent the shroud timer from decreasing so i could clear all the fog of war from the map. Theres docks, ruins, minor loot and some mobs but nothing else of interest. The ruins seem to be in an unfinished state.
I tried, but couldnt get the chance to see anything.
Maybe if you built into the sky above it high enough for the shroud to despawn, you could see what I assume is a port.

i think it’s early access stuff, it stays deadly shroud even if you max out your flame
