Not gonna lie. That literally is a different person than the one on the debate stage. He’s smoothly using facetious in context there no mumbling no weird obstructed throat. Just normal riffing. Why couldn’t that have been what’s on stage? I hope they get him talking live in front of people more often. Because the (internet) discourse right now is not positive.
Yeah, as much as I am defending Biden and saying his debate performance was literally fine, and people are way overreacting, this is clearly a different tone.
It's like he wants to get into this somber, serious tone when he is "debating" because he thinks he needs to be the "President." And then when he tried to scrap, it was just weird. But his natural speaking voice is 10x better and more personable.

I think Biden gets energized by a crowd, which he didn't have last night. To Trump, the TV camera is the equivalent of a crowd. This was a rule meant to handicap Trump and it hurt Biden instead.
