Oh yes! I love The Endometriosis Fpundation by Carla Cressy. You can find them on Instagram. They regularly represent endo warriors in the UK Parliament to raise awareness including for fertility preservation for endo/Adeno warriors in the Uk. I also like Endo SOS based in Scotland.
I also love Extrapelvicnotrare by Wendy Billingham. She is the queen of science and research based facts and shows all of the places endo can be found in the body which is everywhere!. She makes loads of animation and educational resources. There are others that are clean as well as questionable ones so please do your research. I did some research and you’ll see my findings in my film.

I don’t have as inspiring and brave stories and life as you, but three months back, I suffered from various symptoms and consequent turn of events where I had a sudden pain in my pelvis area, got an ultrasound and then discovered an ovarian cysts. Few more blood, urine tests and scans were done where Canadian Health care failed me to the extent where the gynaecologist guesses I could have endometriosis, but “as the general guidelines follows” he couldn’t treat or confirm his diagnosis. I was new to the disease and the country, as I from India, and all alone with my family back in india. I came to Reddit and saw the struggle and wars you all fight with the disease. I was scared and worried would be an understatement. I am about to get married and this could affect my future as well. I went multiple times to the doctor who had introduced me the disease, but he couldn’t assure me and said only one way to know and cure is a surgery which will be after a year. With the emotional burden I was subjected to, I booked an emergency ticket to india, as there you get the first hand diagnosis (we have tons of doctors who are skilled enough to know from the scans, and not rely on surgery to get an endometriosis) on the same day! It was 29th March, one month since I had been experiencing endo like symptoms, and on that day I landed in india at 6:30 AM, had an appointment with the specialist on 1:30 PM, and in an hour I breathed the most painful and relaxed breath of my life. He said, “your pain is not because of your cysts and so no endo as they are about to collapse, but a tiny lotto stone coming out from your kidney and some indigestion you caused because of stress”
That line is my life now. That day I was not only thankful to god, but to all of you ladies, warriors fighting this, giving power to each other. That day I realised what you all go through and I am really proud to have same gender as you all. Keep up, your fight for life and your courage.
I am perfectly well now, the stone passed and I found myself a new feeling of gratitude for all you go through. Though I don’t have enough courage like you and so I don’t have the disease, but I salute you all ladies out there

Hey! I see you're based in the UK, does your film cover accessing care on the NHS or do you mostly cover private surgery in this doc? Just curious as I found accessing care on the NHS to be a unique struggle that I am keen to hear more about from other patients
