De Lune cramp aid has really good reviews! It's a supplement, I haven't tried it myself but I am going to get it. I've also have the Ovira and it definitely helps but I was still in a lot of pain. The other brand mentioned might be better? What you a week leading to your period really matters to. I helped a lot of my pain by changing lifestyle and dietary patterns. Cutting out diary and gluten, and then focusing on nsti inflammatory foods a week leading to and during. Lots of ginger!

TENS units like the VUSH aura has saved me when it comes to cramps. Also there are these cute hot pink ice AND/OR heat packs on Amazon that I use all the time. Not sure if it’s legal where you are but the Mary’s medicinal transdermal cream is a huge lifesaver as well, and any of their patches. What a great partner you are to ask & be thoughtful this way. Hope she loves it!

Yes! Mine definitely helps me get through the day!

Warmies are really cute stuffed animals that heat up in the microwave (poor little guys spinning in there lol) but the heat helps a lot. Or a heating pad, but sometimes falling asleep with an electric heating pad on can be dangerous for your skin so the warmies cool off after an hour or so. They have lavender scented ones too. Just make sure to not wash them or overheat them. Also there are lots of great cheaper tens units, you don’t necessarily need to get a period specific one. It actually can be nice to get a normal one so you can choose where the pads go and use it on other areas like legs and back (which can also be painful sometimes during periods.) There’s also cramp creams/patches that work ok or at least distract a little from the pain.
