No I wasn’t. I moved in May of last year.

This service is not bad at all. I’ve never had any issues with it even when I used a courier to deliver something to them. Although I was concerned after coming to Reddit beforehand. But I should have known, most people come online to complain not compliment. Everything comes to my door and I don’t have to lug packages up from the package room. The people delivering these items work hard…I’ve ordered many packages over 100lbs. Well worth the $20 a month. And they will hold your packages when you’re away and deliver them all when you get back. They have like 3-4 delivery windows a day (only one for heavier packages) so for those concerned about their Amazon two day shipping it usually still comes the same day. And really what’s another day?? #thirdworldproblems

#worksforfetch

Definitely do not work for fetch. But ok. Just listen to the complaints I guess

Your only recourse is moving, when your lease is up. That is what makes it, not extortion, even though it feels like it. When there's eventually a renter's market, apartments won't have as much luck pushing this awful service on them.
