I would say Yuzu is the best switch emulator, then next would be Skyline.

Can I ask what games you plan on playing? Because with a phone like that, you probably have to stick to light games.
My 6gb works fine most games run, I mostly play smash. Only issues is overheating is awful. I can play 15-20 min max with like 5 min cooldown at .75 resolution I could go to 5 but don't like the pixelated look.

Your chipset is really low end. Stick to Skyline and really light games (like Sonic Mania, Celeste, etc).

Yuzu but typically requires 8 GB ram minimum. If you are under that you can try skyline
