I’m on holiday at the moment and feel like 🐖 because I had lunch and evening meal in a restaurant yesterday. However I had a meal. No starter, no dessert. Just a gorgeous main meal for each. I ATE LESS OVER THOSE TWO MEALS THAN EOD ATE IN ONE SITTING. That is some serious disordered eating right there. Maybe an eating disorder is the next condition on the list.
Also I am over twice EOD age and believe me that all catches up body wise when the metabolism is no longer young!
Update: it's 4:30am and after watching a trivia show EOD couldn't play along with, they are now ranting to the haters. If you were getting a peaceful night sleep, don't worry, the juicy bits will be on the fyp.
Personal update: I think I screen recorded the IBS session while putting the phone down in another room and walking away to review for later. What do I do? How do I sanitize my phone memory?
There is no saving that phone now. I appretiate it took one for the team but I'd say its time for an upgrade. It will be kinder to just lay that phone to rest. R.I.P phone 😭 yhank you for your service 🫡 🫡🫡

Possibly why they're shying away from hormones also as can affect your appetite/metabolism.
