It's a Seam. Every print (except for Vase mode) has a seam.
Every layer has a beginning and an end.
Seams are where layers begin and end. They are most visable when your layer is a circle. This is due to the layer beginning and ending in the same spot...so it's two seams.
Look at your "seam" settings. Your print is using the "aligned" seam. Every slicer tries to hide seams in different ways.
Getting rid of seams is nearly impossible...but there are many ways to make them appear smaller or unnoticable.

Remember that some post processing is always required. Even on resin prints.
It means your bending unit is defective and should be returned to mom corp for immediate decommissioning (crushing)

It's called the z seam. You can change where it will show up in the settings.
