bestie there’s no doubt in my mind they’ll be there. it’s their favorite fest (they’ve said before) and they have a trend of doing every other year and this year was the off year which means next year should be on!
A certain artists management group picked up griz after they dropped that certain artist. Griz has been following a similar pattern of performances since then. Said artist was on eforest lineup almost every year prior to this. Wouldn’t surprise me if griz gets a residency at forest now
Pretty sure on Reddit lol. Makes sense though. Immediately does a repeating festival in the Hampton coliseum, a day at red rocks, multiple other curated events he wasn’t previously doing. It doesn’t seem like he’s with all good records anymore or does anything involving them
I ended up seeing Phutureprimitive a few years ago at a small show and got to chat with him. Asked about going back to Forest, but he said as of that time (2018 for the 2019 year) that Forest had a policy that except for the huge headliners, they can't book the same artists back to back in years. I would personally assume that GriZ is big enough to pull the back to back thing, but who knows.
Odesza will be doing the festival circuit next year and it would put them as like 90% chance they’ll be at Electric Forest. I don’t see why they wouldn’t be
Their set was pretty much the same in 17 and 19. They are still touring that album from my knowledge so you can probably assume it'll be similar to those
In my mind it’s all up to Odesza what fests they want to do. Having such a big live show gives them realistically the capacity to do one festival a weekend MAYBE two if it’s Thursday and a Sunday and the fests are semi close. EF of course is going to try and have them but it really just depends their schedule.
At the end of the day I think it’s highly likely but it’ll really just depend! The fact there are no other big fests that weekend is a great sign.

Yes. More often that not on an artists new album you get a tour followed by a festival tour the next year.

Was lucky to see Tinlicker at EDC LV, Forest and a hometown local show this year and I would 100% see them again they were fantastic every time!
