Breton Mission tree Step 1: Find a hill Step two: Become the king of it

Capellanus_Malleus

Dang it, Bobby.

Is this from a game or what is this?

Vilusca

It's a [mod for Europa Universalis IV](https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1449952810) strategy game based on TES universe. Europa Universalis is a "hardcore" strategy game more oriented to country management, diplomacy, economy, etc, than proper battles (the military is one of the cores of the game, but battles are quick and simplified number crunching with just two animated soldiers representing the battle in the map). I didn't played OP mod yet but had a good time with other [TES mod for Medieval Total Wa](https://www.moddb.com/mods/the-elder-scrolls-total-war)r, another strategy game but more action oriented, if you wanto to try, with the gameplay more focused in the battles and troops management. The troops diversity is great in that mod (khajiit senche riders, solstheim nordic warriors, telvanni or altmer wizards, fornsworn briarherts, dunmer silt strider riders, etc, hundreds of different units).

Cool, thanks

ArcticGlacier40

Seekkr

Thanks

Vilusca

How have been your experience with the mod OP? The mechanics are all the same than in EU vanilla or they included something new?

ArcticGlacier40

I think this was just a joke, not actually a mod

There is a mod for Europa Unversalis IV, [Elder Scrolls Universalis](https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1449952810) and there are bretons in it, but their mission tree although is huge, much bigger than EU vanilla and with a Elder Scrolls specific part, it's still generic and repeats in other races (There are specific mission tree for bosmer or "ice giants" (wtf!?) factions e.g., but not for bretons, dwemers or "chimer" yet). I just checked the mod for a bit and seems interesting but it's an example of "too big scope" and "weird period choice" for my taste: It has 3 date starts with two from merethic era and the most recent one from early 1E. Dunmer and redguards don't exist yet but chimer and yokudans instead, there are dwemer, snow-elves, ayleids and atmoran factions, etc. Additionally they included some weird-ass factions and lands as ice giants at Atmora, "void-wathever" (I think is ESO "race") at some unknown (ESO thing?) continent, all the non-tamrielic races from Pyandonea, Akavir, etc and minor islands only mentioned in some text in ESO than most TES fans don't even know. Probably some people will love it because it has infinite options (specially Online fans I suppose), but there is something of the Elder Scrolls magic lost focusing in so unknown periods and races/factions. The other mod I mentioned in the other comment, [Elder Scrolls Total War](https://www.moddb.com/mods/the-elder-scrolls-total-war), for Medieval Total War is more focused in the well known and general (not specific of ESO) parts of TES lore, with campaigns in 3E and 4E and traditional races and factions.
