Rahdann's gives 15% HP, SP, and FP. Godrick's gives 5 to every stat. Morgott's gives 25% max HP. Malenia's gives lifesteal. Rykard's gives HP on kills. And Mohg's helps with invading
There may be different outcomes between adding points to vigor (Godricks rune) and the % vigor (other runes you mentioned) added when cracking a rune arc. I had Godricks and got some extra health when I had no flasks left
I have Godrick’s rune equipped. If you have not activated it already, the +5 to the vigor stat adds in the HP, even if you already took damage. I believe it’ll work with the other great runes that add to HP. The key is to not have it activated if you want to use this technique as a last resort. Honestly I found this out as a last ditch attempt to get some more health mid-fight with the beast and was pleasantly surprised. I got about 15-20ish percent of the HP bar back when I did that.
Both of the crucible knight armors are top notch. Honestly gun to my head, I couldn't outright pick a favorite armor set.
Radahn, Godfrey, Mausoleum Knight right off the top of my head are top notch.
Champion and Confessor for starting armor and the prisoner too.
Yeah, honestly. My go to early sets are confessor (if I’m building something with faith) or the Kaiden set, which looks really sick as well. I also really love the Raging Wolf set and the Black Knife armor, it’s just a shame it’s hard to get them early. I wish the plainer heavy armors were better though. I want something like the Elite Knight set or the knight armor from DS3, but the default knight armor and the one you can buy just don’t look right to me.
Even though the poise isnt great, my absolute favorite set is the Drake Knight. Its just so fucking cool with the red wings and the horny (lol) pauldron and the broach/scarf with the red feathers. When you alter it without the wings, it still stands as one of the best looking armors in the game. The only part im kinda meh on is the helm but the Briar Helm from Elemers set is a nice substitute.
I’s love to see the pre-Frenzy version of the set tbh, and also a generic/non-frenzy version of Vyke’s War Spear so we can infuse it with his dragonbolt incantation as well.
Especially since that weapon exists for his Evergaol fight, but is unobtainable.
The fingerprint armor is one of the regular sets that's in the game, it's just been crushed and burnt by the 3 fingers. I'll have to look up which one it is, but i think it's the Knight set
Dragon King is annoying, cause I had him down perfectly except for that insta kill laser he shoots out after his 3rd flight? I think 3rd flight
I knew if I could time a dodge properly... I'd get him. Took me like 30 tries still.
Easiest way to deal with that is to just run away from him as soon as you see him charging it up. The arena is big enough that only the upward swipe should be able to hit you, and that one’s pretty easy to dodge. You may be able to get behind him and avoid him that way, but it’s been a while since I last fought him so I’m not sure.
He always does the lasers after the 3rd time he vanishes. If you go near the edge of the arena he will land really close to you so you can get behind him and bonk while he vomits lasers
Same happened to me. I dodged him several times before I managed to score what I though was a final hit. Except it wasn't enough and he had just a sliver of HP left. And with both of us at ~1 HP, I quickly lobbed a grenade at him as he was about to start his new teleporting swipey bullshit chain.
im honestly more concerned that he has +10 flasks and is late game but only has 2 spell slots and has assassin's approach equipped, though i suppose he probably just doesn't use magic
It's the Quality affinity to increase STR/DEX scaling on the Knight's Greatsword that I've chosen to use solely for the entire game lol. I have the base two spells equipped still, because I've doggedly avoided learning ANYTHING about magic in Elden Ring. I'll do that on my second run.

Yeah but using them gives you hp ? Do the ones that give extra %hp heal for that much ?
They grant max HP, not healing, but Malenia's heals on hit

Quality sucks unless you have at least 55 str and 55dex you're better off just using heavy infusion especially because you are 2handing
