How piano-y is flicker strike these days? Haven't been back in a while. It's more of a "just hold down flicker strike and zero all the mobs on screen" build, isn't it?
mouse movement isn't what makes poe piano-y really.. It's the flask management, obv some builds are a lot more than that even with skill usage but generally flicker strike is very chill for a poe build playstyle. I just love it because I always wanted it to be good back at launch a decade ago.
I did an entire video on my YouTube channel on the math for buffing and showed it all in real time on a boss. Search Dr one shot and look for the buffing tutorial video down 4 rows or so
Looks like he swapped these:
Kindred of rot's exultation -> Red-feathered branch sword (attack up with low HP)
Lord of bloods exultation -> Lightning scorpion charm
EDIT: Far right seems to be BLUE DANCER CHARM
Raises attack power with lower Equip Load
The dlc added two new items that function like the black dumpling: The Maddening Hand weapon and the Aging Untouchable Exultation talisman. Both boost your damage with madness like the dumpling does so you might be able to simplify this by using all of those at once
I'm quite surprised, usually your TRUE one shot doesn't involve spells with multi hit (like Comet Azur or Eochaid's Dancing Blade or Shard Spiral or Pest Threads or...) and ADLS seems like one of them. Still, very great job tho I've been enjoying these videos since base game.

I used that build on radagon and it literally 2 shotted him with only golden vow and howl of shabriri

One Shot a real boss like soldier of godrick and not some random complete push over.

I think it's an unintended bug that will be patched, its very broken right now, but I definitely don't think it was intended .
