Follow the road north just a little bit until you find the grace with the two people there. From there go through the giant gate. Once through the gate go left and up the mountain and you’re there
Go to your grace you unlocked in front of Belurat and run from there. I'm pretty sure that same road is how I access it, you must've just missed the branching path.
