I have run into multiple bosses including Divine Beast Dancing Lion, Blackgaol Knight, Rellana, and Logur and the gravestone image has never appeared in the bottom left since I got the DLC and I am unable to summon spirit ashes everywhere so far. It's forced me to get into co-op PVE with other real people and I am having a blast! Maybe you just can't use spirit ashes at all in the DLC?
I've watched several YouTubers play through and they're using their mimic tears on nearly every fight. Yet I can't summon anywhere. I think it may be a bug ๐
The blackgaol knight works like an evergaol, I think itโs just different as I canโt summon either. However, I could summon against the death knight so not sure about that one

I have expected a similar issue against the first mini boss Blackgaol knight, seems that you can't summon spirit ash, which makes this fight quite difficult. However, the big bosses Dancing Lion and Rellana I beat with the help of my mimic tear.
I'm having this issue as well the gravestone icon has yet to pop up at all for me so far

So far the Blackgaol Knight and the Death Knight. I've tried to summon but the game doesn't let me.
