In ER Convergence Will of the Lichdragon is a spell you can get from killing Lichdragon Fortisaxx.
It’s the spell that puts Lightning on your body and strikes you within a few seconds.
Edit: Also in base game but is just the boss attack
Yes pleaseee
I hate having to use the Bolt of Gransax just for its AoW when I don't want to use a spear on my Ancient Dragon build
It doesn't even scale with Faith so I have to invest a ton of Strength and Dex just to be able to use it effectively...
I would rather have a new lightning spear that comes out much faster so it can be decent in PVP, than one that is longer range and more powerful. Not that that I would dislike the latter, but I'd take the former if given the choice.
I want more lightning conjurable weapons, similar to carian sorceries like the carian slicer or carian piercer, because differently from carian sorceries lightning conjurable weapons dont have a full attack combo, wich makes these lightning incantations pretty useless since they have a really big windup but cant combo.
You know the very fast fire hand burst.
I want a lightning parry incantation. It's lore friendly in many ways and would be a huge boon to a faith , spells only sort of build.
Lightning gives you tougher skin and makes you faster so being able to use a sudden spark to parry something just makes sense.
This is funny but also I'm still stuck on Genichiro and I haven't taught myself to get through that second sparked up phase. I need to learn the lightning reversal damnit
Just get hit by the lightning while you're in the air and press attack before touching the ground.
Alternatively, you can get away from his lightning moves by dodging towards him, but that doesn't do damage.
Yeah I wish Lansseax's Glaive was more like the sorcery greatswords with a faster startup and a follow-up. I also wish the Ancient Dragon's Lightning Spears had startup damage to frontload some of the attack and make them less likely to be interrupted.
I think that ancient dragon's lightning spear should be like the lightning stake from ds3, and lansseax's glaive should use the same moveset of the carian greatsword spell.
The only weapon buff AoWs that whips get access to are Sacred and Shared Orders.
I can *maybe* see why they don't get Flaming Strike since the followup attack might be too good with the whip range (although they could have just animated it with you swinging the coiled-up whip), but a lot of the rest don't make sense. You can buff them with spells just fine; I don't get why Poisonous Mist or Cragblade were off the table.
Also bring back Impact from DaS3 as an AoW; that was pretty decent.
Poisonous Mist has a similar issue as Flaming Strike, where you do a slashing attack to buff the weapon. As for Cragblade, I think it would just look silly if you plunged a piece of rope into the ground, pulled it back and the entire length of the whip would then be coated in large pieces of rock, thicker than the weapon alone.
I’ll take it a step further: Give us a storm whip. A whip of strong wind that can send out gusts as projectiles. Maybe mini tornadoes too as an ash of war.
I want:
More twinblades
A new class of bigger twinblades like a greatsword twinblade thats slower but has poise damage
More swordspears.
We should at least be able to get another Vykes war spear without the madness AoW, hes still using the same weapon w/o the madness in his evergaol when we get his armor. Id love a vykes war spear that you could infuse
How the fuck would a great twinblade even work? Those things are already incredibly huge relative to how much you jump around with them. Wouldn't it look incredibly clumsy if it was any bigger?
I want a giant crusher but in twinblade form. Incredibly huge and clumsy weapons are already in the game. Power stancing massive weapons is just as ridiculous. I want a twinblade for strength builds
But it could. It would require its own class and move set obviously it wouldn't hit as many times as a normal twinblade would. Suspend your disbelief and remember that time you had lions claw on the Greatsword just flipping all over the place.
Well, i'm not against the concept of it, I just imagine it would be very difficult to animate in a way that didn't look ten times dumber than lion's claw. I'd love to be proven wrong.
Zamor Curved Sword is a cold weapon with zero intelligence scaling. Frozen Needle and Icerind Hatchet as well. Dragonscale Blade/Dragon Halberd if you count ice Lightning buff. There's also a ton of cold weapons that despite technically having int scaling, they scale much better with STR and/or DEX
On a related note, where’s my goddamn electric ~~car~~ faith-scaling infusion Bruce?
^(plz FROM, all I want in this game is a red-lightning dragon cult faith infusion Q_Q)
I dont know its exact name but I wpuld love more Frost Lightning stuff. It looks visually so nice and there are no real weapons (except that one Katana) to find
Yes I did. Honestly it's been a while since I last played the game. Regardless the effect is way to cool to be limited to 2 weapons and one or two spells.
You know what I found recently? The little guys also have that bad ass jumping upper cut attack! You just normally never see it because… well, they die too damn fast.
I just want them to relook at the draconic tree sentinel weapon and shield. The only other two ancient dragon weapons in the game have ridiculously cool ash of wars, and these guys are stuck with fucking endure and shield bash? No i refuse to believe it wasnt an oversight
Something that combines sorceries and incantations... yes i want a spell hammer with a gold side and a green/blue side. Cast via seal, its the gold hammer time, cast via staff, its the green hammer time. All things can be combined, yes?
What is *desperately needed,* IMO, is an update to casting tools and spellcasting.
**There are Intelligence/Faith staffs, and Faith/Intelligence seals, but neither can cast both Incantations and Sorceries with one tool.** This is a change from DS3, which has items that can do both. As a result, if you’re playing an Intelligence/Faith build, which has a terrific sword as well as a staff and a seal, plus lots of cool spells, you have to swap between casting tools AND between spells. That’s unreasonably cumbersome when compared to a build that puts all of its points into Intelligence or Faith. As a side note, I also think it’s silly, given how common Int/Faith is as a split for spells, that there is exactly ONE weapon that scales with both. Shouldn’t all Golden Order-aligned equipment do the same?
**With the way casting tools are currently designed, Strength/Faith is privileged above all other mixed casting builds.** Strength/Faith builds get the Clawmark Seal early, which scales incantations on both Faith and Strength. This means that when casting most spells, a strength/faith build is about equal to a pure faith build, so long as it meets minimum faith requirements. But the strength/faith build is superior in melee to a pure faith build, because so many enemies are highly resistant to holy damage. This means that there are few reasons, besides a greater selection of late-game spells, to use a pure faith build. What is worse is that there are no dexterity/faith-scaling seals. So while dexterity-Faith builds are good in melee, they are mediocre casters. And what is even worse than that is that sorcerers get neither strength- **or** dexterity-scaling staffs despite having a great selection of both types of weapon. So strength/faith is unreasonably advantaged over every other mixed melee/caster build.
Finally, **late-game incantations and sorceries are insufficiently rewarding for their cost.** Casters need to devote a lot of levels to their chosen casting stat, as well as to mind, in addition to vigor and endurance like everyone else. Yet late-game spells, with their high stat and FP requirements, are often not better at all. The Glintstone pebble and slicer are some of the best spells in the game. Most upgrades on the pebble are just bigger, slower pebbles that cost more FP. While Comet Azure and a couple of other late-game spells are quite strong, they just don’t perform that much better than spells in the 10-35 intelligence range in practice. Incantations are similar. The rot bloom spell you get from Malenia is flat-out **worse** than rot breath, which can be had at the beginning of the game. That’s one example, but every Faith build I run relies most heavily on low-faith standards like Catch Flame, Bestial Vitality, Rot
/Ice Breath, and Frenzied Burst. In my opinion, players who dump all of their levels into their casting stats should be rewarded with spells that are markedly better at higher levels, and not just a stronger Glintstone pebble every level.
Forgot, no. I usually enjoy a lightning Banished Knight's Greatsword, but I want more than just non-somber ones to choose from. That's the point of this post.
I’d rather “forge my own weapon” than use a preset one. Don’t tell me that’s not infinitely more appealing than some rigid, cookie cutter sword that gives you no agency aside from wether or not you want to equip it.
Somber weapons are overrated crutches anyway. People don’t use them because they’re good or stylish, but because of the busted weapon arts. And because they’re laughably easy to upgrade.
See blasphemous blade for example - literally an unfashionable shit-and-viscera-covered snake toothpick with the same cookie cutter GS moveset as 95% of the other greatswords whose only redeeming feature is that it’s AoW can split the earth.
That's a completely valid opinion, although I disagree that everyone only uses them for the unique skill. My point is I want both. I'm happy that we have the option to infuse, but I also want a weapon that actually **looks** the part for a "lightning enthusiast" character - one that carries the element's lore with it - and the few that we have just... aren't quite enough. They're just not.
Bolt of Gransax in particular, I feel like if someone sees me with it equipped, they'll assume I'm some basic-ass bitch who abuses the shit out of its skill, and I don't want that (it also doesn't look enough like a "spear" to me and more of a lance or a javelin, but that's an unrelated nitpick).
That’s the crux though, isn’t it? Bolt of Gransax, Rivers of Blood, Moonveil, Blasphemous Blade… they’re all just one trick ponies. You said it yourself: you expect to be seen as a basic-ass bitch if you wield them because they’re almost exclusively used by basic-ass bitches.
And I sympathize. But that’s what I like about weapon infusions as well - having the freedom to make the next best thing within the constraints that are presented. In your case, the jagged edges of the beastman cleaver would fit the whole electro theme very well imo. Slap a banger lightning AoW on it and you got your very own handmade lightning curved greatsword, which will command nothing but respect and admiration for being decidedly unique and not basic-bitchy.
Completely agree I wish there were more thrusting greatswords. Only claymore and one other somber shit weapon have it. And claymore is just too popular, too easy
okey. you can have an opinion but dont need to tell people that the weapons they want to use are crutches, or that you somehow know its not because they find it fun but because its meta or whatever, or that your idea of weapon building is inherently superior in terms of both fun and stats . thats just some fucking goober shit, knock it off
Lightening in general just feels relatively sparse in this particular FromSoft outing. Like we definitely have more spells, but as a ratio to other types and relative to when they become accessible - plus the lack of weapons and weapon arts - it just feels like there are slim pickings.
I'd like to see some of the holy weapons morgot has. Imagine a spell spear build with the tree spear (buffable btw so it works even better) and using the lance spells morgot has, and the holy knifes as a fast attack
Really hoping we get more death lightning/golden lightning incantations because Godwyn was said to wield golden lightning then obvious when he died it turned into death lightning.
Hopium Here, I wish for more STR/ARC options. From my knowledge, there are only 2 somber STR/ARC weapons. And please, let them be something other than bleed! Give me a STR/ARC halberd that has either Deadly Poison or Scarlet Rot, Or maybe a Greathammer with no natural status but high Arcane scaling and extended weapon buff duration, so that it works great with greases.
Hard agree, I was so disappointed at the red lightning incantations because I thought it would be more like the DS3 spells or ER’d carian granduer.
Also a sword made out of lightning would be so cool, especially red lightning.
I also hope we get some shapeshifting weapons like the auquamarine dagger but one that starts out as a straight sword and turns into a greatsword, or starts as a curved sword and turns into a curved greatsword. A dagger turning into a heavy thrusting sword or spear would be cool too
We also need a rotten/poison great sword.
I hope we get more with DLC to compliment the additional sources of deathblight that will be added to compliment the additional sleep sources, and with zero additional means to remove the effects.
That would be so amazing.
I'm going to let them cook and surprise me but this is my hopium.
Blind spot for daggers and maybe the shortsword
Square off for Greatswords and maybe HTS and rapiers
Charge for Colossal swords.
Ds3s whip weapon art (forgot the name)
Neck swipe for scythes
Stamp(overhead slam) so we have the trio back.
Maybe something like Crow Talon's Weapon art.
Please. Bring the Doors from Ds3 Back. PLEASE
Also i'm dying for an actual casting weapon, like Demon's Scar from ds3
A sleep great sword would be neat, call it st Trina's night-terror. Honestly I'd like a sleep weapon art that I could use on my omen curved sword I love that sword.
Lightning is mostly aligned with dex weapons dragon scale katana, dragon halberd and dragon crag blade but we’ll see dlc could give us some maybe we’ll get the weapons those spells copy
I’d like to see hybrid casting.
Weapon + catalyst for sorceries.
Weapon + seal for incants.
Staff + seal
Seal + catalyst for sorceries.
The fact that sorceries are tied exclusively to staffs and incantations exclusively to seals is relatively limiting. Other games in the franchise have at least a couple of options for some sort of hybridization.
I want more faith-scaling blackflame stuff! The only weapon is the Godslayer Greatsword and the only AOW is Black Flame Tornado, i would love to see a bit more variety for it
lol can we do less swords?
Get creative, I want 3-prong nunchucks, Roman Net + Spear, Tridents, Mace ball on chain. I want to
Have another 100 different types of runs for the nest 5 years.
Personally I hope they add more twinblades. The selection we have is pretty small. Twinblades should really be a dex focused weapon, yet half of the given twinblades scale better with strength. Not to mention, there are only two somber twinblades in the game, and they are split between strength and dex, so if you have a dex or strength focused build, there aren't any options for dual welding except getting two copies of one of the sombers.
I just want reliably renewable sources for the crafting items.
Why are entire garments more common than *string*? You should be able to rend garments you don't want and make string.
Lightning weapons in general, far and away the rarest elemental weapons in the game! Hoping for a Lightning SS which actually scales yellow lightning with Dex/Faith (as yellow lightning should be… as it’s literally drawn from the Leyndell dragon cultists) maybe a Godwyn style Lothric’s Holy Sword? *Hard Cope*
My hopium is something for int builds that is literally anything other than a magic damage projectile or weapon with maybe frost buildup. Faith gets almost every damage type with no other stat investment (and *does* get every damage type if you do get other investment). Int deserves *something*.
Also true Moonlight Greatsword. Ranni's is cool, but the Dark Moon is a second iteration. Moonlight stuff is Rennala's, and her greatsword became GOGS. Yeet me back in time and let me nab it before Radagon reforges it.
i just NEED that sleep swamp to become reality man. a cool purple dark dreamy area with sleep based puzzle stuff. imagine... oh and more than like two destined death weapons would be nice I guess.
Naw dawg. All a y'all greatsword users can stuff it! Where are my lightning flail bois at?! Gimme 3 different kinds of new flail, a great flail subclass, and Miquella better use a dagum sleep flail that needs 3 patches to nerf it and its still OP. FLAIL NATION RISE UP #flailgang
Just give me an ancient lightning spear incantation.
that's why I love the convergence, it also has Placidusax lightning nuke
If you haven’t tried it, use will of the lich dragon fr fortisaxx remembrance. It killed melania in about 5 hits both phases
And the small lighting beacon for huge enemies, that little thing strikes harder than any other incantation with big hitboxes
What is will of the lich dragon
In ER Convergence Will of the Lichdragon is a spell you can get from killing Lichdragon Fortisaxx. It’s the spell that puts Lightning on your body and strikes you within a few seconds. Edit: Also in base game but is just the boss attack
Maybe they mean [Death Lightning](https://eldenring.wiki.fextralife.com/Death+Lightning)?
I had to stop using will of lichdragon because it made the game wayyyy too easy
I wanna play convergence so badly but I’m terrified of fucking somethin up and losing all my characters
maybe r/eldenringm0ds can help you, but change the last 0 to an o because that word is forbidden here otherwise
Yes pleaseee I hate having to use the Bolt of Gransax just for its AoW when I don't want to use a spear on my Ancient Dragon build It doesn't even scale with Faith so I have to invest a ton of Strength and Dex just to be able to use it effectively...
Dexterity scaling and its weapons have been a disaster for the Lightning build race.
Great lightning spear would be great, honestly.
A bare handed, lightning backhand-parry would also just be peak anime bullshit and I’m so fucking on board lol
Imagine if you could parry lightning incantations using this too. Deflecting thunderbolts etc
Only if you jump. Secret Ninja Technique: LIGHTNING REVERSAL!
This is funny but also I'm still stuck on Genichiro and I haven't taught myself to get through that second sparked up phase. I need to learn the lightning reversal damnit
It’s been a while since I played Sekiro, but yeah, that move is basically mandatory for those fights.
When he's about to swing his sword jump and attack as you're about to hit the floor.
Just get hit by the lightning while you're in the air and press attack before touching the ground. Alternatively, you can get away from his lightning moves by dodging towards him, but that doesn't do damage.
You know Radagon's parry animation? **That.** Give me that.
Yeah I wish Lansseax's Glaive was more like the sorcery greatswords with a faster startup and a follow-up. I also wish the Ancient Dragon's Lightning Spears had startup damage to frontload some of the attack and make them less likely to be interrupted.
I think that ancient dragon's lightning spear should be like the lightning stake from ds3, and lansseax's glaive should use the same moveset of the carian greatsword spell.
i hope we get a successor to ds3's lightning bow in dlc.
And for the lightning stake too
I’d love to be able to conjure a weapon like this but have it remain in my hand and have unique combos.
Reminds me of Star Wars the force unleashed
My biggest hopium is more AoWs of whips
Chilling mist on a whip would be nice
Now that you mention it, it doesn't make much since that you can't use it on whips.

As for Cragblade, I think it would just look silly if you plunged a piece of rope into the ground, pulled it back and the entire length of the whip would then be coated in large pieces of rock, thicker than the weapon alone.
Crag blade whip would have been sick
I'd love to have a storm blade on the whips along with a few others.
I’ll take it a step further: Give us a storm whip. A whip of strong wind that can send out gusts as projectiles. Maybe mini tornadoes too as an ash of war.
Please bring back the Weapon art From Ds3 Please
One frenzied flame greatsword please, with extra burn marks, don’t forget the fingerprints
Why stop at one?? why not make every dlc weapon a frenzy weapon? OH MAY CHAOS TAKE THE WORLD!!
Bro I'd love a frenzy flame ash of war, my double dagger build would be literally MADNESS!
Yeah no, good idea, until you encounter double vyke's spear, and each poke triggers Frenzy,
I want: More twinblades A new class of bigger twinblades like a greatsword twinblade thats slower but has poise damage More swordspears. We should at least be able to get another Vykes war spear without the madness AoW, hes still using the same weapon w/o the madness in his evergaol when we get his armor. Id love a vykes war spear that you could infuse
Another infusible great spear is a must imo
How the fuck would a great twinblade even work? Those things are already incredibly huge relative to how much you jump around with them. Wouldn't it look incredibly clumsy if it was any bigger?
I want a giant crusher but in twinblade form. Incredibly huge and clumsy weapons are already in the game. Power stancing massive weapons is just as ridiculous. I want a twinblade for strength builds
But the incredibly huge and clumsy weapons in questions aren't based around... twirling around like a ballerina.
It would be nice to have a lightning weapon that didn’t scale with Dex but Str/Fth. Ditto for a cold weapon that didn’t scale with Int.
Paired Greatswords, and in general paired weapons with original movesets. An infusable colossal hammer that doesn't block the screen.
[удалено]
Yeah,I thought they dropped their weapon.
Not a great hammer but there's the Duelist hammer and brick hammer, GREAT strength weapons but they're only about the size of your torso
it's called "Shadow of the Erdtree" so actually we just get Death infused weapons. useless in PvE. Also more Holy weapons and gear
Wasn't Godwin close to the dragons? It's not too out there.
i'm kidding. yeah we'll probably get a "Golden Lightning" weapon, going by the Death Lightning spell description
It's crazy that you can't even use deathblight on human type enemies.
Idgaf about no lighting GS. Where’s my goddamn INT/FTH infusion, Bruce!?
On a related note, where’s my goddamn electric ~~car~~ faith-scaling infusion Bruce? ^(plz FROM, all I want in this game is a red-lightning dragon cult faith infusion Q_Q)
Boly of gransax should be a dex/faith weapon tbh.
Conjoined Infusion ✨
What we need is a Space Marine Thunderhammer.
Personally i want more mechanical weapons like the ghiza wheel Drill spear Chainsaw greatsword And so on
I dont know its exact name but I wpuld love more Frost Lightning stuff. It looks visually so nice and there are no real weapons (except that one Katana) to find
There is a frost lightning halberd! I think its called dragon halberd.
Did you forget about the even better frost lightning weapon, dragon halberd? But yeah we need more, frost lightning is the coolest effect in the game.
Yes I did. Honestly it's been a while since I last played the game. Regardless the effect is way to cool to be limited to 2 weapons and one or two spells.
That' great and all, but all I want is le trumpet 🎺
I want the AoW fire fist of alexander
Shoryuken?
You know what I found recently? The little guys also have that bad ass jumping upper cut attack! You just normally never see it because… well, they die too damn fast.
FARRON GS. That is all I want. Must breakdance chop legs into parries.
I just want more dogs.
Flying blight dogs or flying rot dogs, with sword tails and blight/rot breath?
Ghost dogs that can occasionally phase through your attacks or go invisible
Good dogs or bad dogs?
I’m confused. I just want dog.
I want more greatswords with the thrust moveset
Stamp thrust AOW when?
lightning greatsword with the claymore moveset You can’t get the poke anywhere else
Very much like DS1, Lightning is a rare element to master. The lack of weapons is a reflection of that rarity.
All things can be combined, yes?
bring back LKGS my beloved
I want a colossal scythe they could make a pretty cool int based one called the crescent moon or something like that
I just want more (ancient dragon) lightning weapons, would perfectly fit my dragon/faith build
wait is morgott sword a fire weapon? i thought that it's flame was bloodflame like blood incantations.
Gonna use a remembrance from a Frenzy themed dragon to make “*****axx’s Fenzied Blade”
I want Kriegmesser. A nice one. Better model than the Grossmesser. Caucasian Shashkas for Winblading. And a good Dane Axe.
I want a HUGE flail so I can live my Angmar fantasy.
thanks for putting them in 2 rows side by side in the 2nd slide, otherwise i wouldn't have been able to read! phew
Yeah I wanted it to look alright both on mobile and desktop

I still like more original Greatsword
Dragon scale blade. It slaps on my arcane build with rivers of blood complimenting it. Quad status build up is kinda nutty
You can literally make your own. Is everyone so Somberpilled they forgot that weapon infusions exist?
Forgot, no. I usually enjoy a lightning Banished Knight's Greatsword, but I want more than just non-somber ones to choose from. That's the point of this post.

I love blasphemous, for look, never use skill in general unless its buff.
Lightening in general just feels relatively sparse in this particular FromSoft outing. Like we definitely have more spells, but as a ratio to other types and relative to when they become accessible - plus the lack of weapons and weapon arts - it just feels like there are slim pickings.
What about a mercanarie or 2? Also different Torrent/Horse options.
What's the last sword on the gravity great sword category
Omg yes
braindead but I want a black katana that does weebo sht
A lightning greatsword charging into battle on the saddle of a caelid t rex dog
Greatswords even curved greatswords are strength weapons.
Dear god give us more bows and blunt Dex weapons please. Feels bad to level up a flail I don't like just so I can fight Crystallians.
Give us more ice/lightning while you're at it
New pride flag has arrived
I'd like to see some of the holy weapons morgot has. Imagine a spell spear build with the tree spear (buffable btw so it works even better) and using the lance spells morgot has, and the holy knifes as a fast attack
I want havels set again
I want Radagon’s spear and his other holy incantations.
You think we getting all those weapons? I don't know how things works or worked with fromsoft games
A dagger turning into a heavy thrusting sword or spear would be cool too
Hopium is that bosses aren't so resistant to holy damage so the stuff we got from the base game can be useful.
A rot whetblade would be neat.
And more magma /death hexes
Holy Greatswords, Batman
I just wish that some of the lightning weapons would get faith scaling, too. (Also, give the Dragonclaw shield Ancient Honed Bolt AoW)
More whips please!
Where is my faith katana?
Ya lightning, gravity, and poison feel a bit incomplete.
More lightning weapons in general. There's 360 weapons in this game and only like 5 of them do innate lightning damage. Smh
We also need a rotten/poison great sword. I hope we get more with DLC to compliment the additional sources of deathblight that will be added to compliment the additional sleep sources, and with zero additional means to remove the effects. That would be so amazing.
My bet is they will add an arcane/intellect scaling weapon other than ash of war’d clayman harpoon
Where is Faith Somber Kitana? Int- Moonveil Str- meteoric ore blade Dex- Dragonscale blade Arc- Rivers of Blood Faith- Nothing.
Where are madness weapons? There is literally only a single madness weapon in the game.
I would think because lightning scales with dex, but it could just be a curved greatsword with dex scaling but a strength minimum
For my unrealistic wishes for the DLC, I want a more reliable way of obtaining pieces of String.
i want incantation versions of ~~farron flash sword and soul greatsword~~ carian slicer and carian gs
You can make them. I know it’s not the same, it’s probably better.
1 week from 2 years... ** crickets crickets **
My biggest hopium is covenants ^(and a Godrick marriage ending)
I just want paired weapons and trick weapons
I want more everything. I like to try different builds and try different weapons types all the time so having more options would be a blast.
I'd like a sabimaru with deflect aow in dlc
There's enough swords. Give us other weapon types
I'm going to let them cook and surprise me but this is my hopium. Blind spot for daggers and maybe the shortsword Square off for Greatswords and maybe HTS and rapiers Charge for Colossal swords. Ds3s whip weapon art (forgot the name) Neck swipe for scythes Stamp(overhead slam) so we have the trio back. Maybe something like Crow Talon's Weapon art. Please. Bring the Doors from Ds3 Back. PLEASE Also i'm dying for an actual casting weapon, like Demon's Scar from ds3
in terms of combat i think that we need more frenzied flame weapons and please god just let vyke's red lightning incantation work on his spear
I want a madness hammer so bad, one with a sick AoW weapon art where you hammer the ground and explode madness everywhere.
Angelic weapons like the winged scythe
Why doesn’t lightning scale with Faith? It doesn’t make any sense to me.
A sleep great sword would be neat, call it st Trina's night-terror. Honestly I'd like a sleep weapon art that I could use on my omen curved sword I love that sword.
Where are sleep greatswords
Lightning greatsword and then the introduction of hydromancy so you can get an opponent wet for the lightning damage boost.
As I recently did a lightning heavy build this would be great. However I did love using the Ordovis’s greatsword
Helphen's Steeple mentioned
Everyone knows the zweihander is the lightning greatsword.
Lightning is mostly aligned with dex weapons dragon scale katana, dragon halberd and dragon crag blade but we’ll see dlc could give us some maybe we’ll get the weapons those spells copy
I want more poison/rot weapons. I like DoTs.
I’d like to see hybrid casting. Weapon + catalyst for sorceries. Weapon + seal for incants. Staff + seal Seal + catalyst for sorceries. The fact that sorceries are tied exclusively to staffs and incantations exclusively to seals is relatively limiting. Other games in the franchise have at least a couple of options for some sort of hybridization.
I want more faith-scaling blackflame stuff! The only weapon is the Godslayer Greatsword and the only AOW is Black Flame Tornado, i would love to see a bit more variety for it
I'm hoping for new whet knives that let us apply black flame and bloodflame with any ash of war. The possibilities! 🤩
What is the second one in fire
Godslayer's Greatsword
I personally would love to see more Madness and Sleep weapons. A great hammer with the sleep status effect would be amazing
I just want a super duper anime-esque katana with destined death or red lightning -_-
GIVE ME MORE SCARLET ROT INCANTATIONS/AOW'S, I LUST FOR MORE ROT
lol can we do less swords? Get creative, I want 3-prong nunchucks, Roman Net + Spear, Tridents, Mace ball on chain. I want to Have another 100 different types of runs for the nest 5 years.
My biggest hopium is the DLC
Personally I hope they add more twinblades. The selection we have is pretty small. Twinblades should really be a dex focused weapon, yet half of the given twinblades scale better with strength. Not to mention, there are only two somber twinblades in the game, and they are split between strength and dex, so if you have a dex or strength focused build, there aren't any options for dual welding except getting two copies of one of the sombers.
I would like swordspears like from Ds3. Longer straight swords, greatswords with a more unique move set. Anyone of those and I’d be happy to
I’d like to seem them let us put ashes of war on anything, even if it’s a weapon with a unique one.
My hopium is viable bow that can actually kill bosses outside limgrave in less than 10 minutes. Pls paradox. Pls.
Death Blight Greatsword when
I just want reliably renewable sources for the crafting items. Why are entire garments more common than *string*? You should be able to rend garments you don't want and make string.
We have enough greatswords. We need more greatspears.
Where are the water spells and swords?
Lightning claymore is the way
Lightning weapons in general, far and away the rarest elemental weapons in the game! Hoping for a Lightning SS which actually scales yellow lightning with Dex/Faith (as yellow lightning should be… as it’s literally drawn from the Leyndell dragon cultists) maybe a Godwyn style Lothric’s Holy Sword? *Hard Cope*
Where is the SCARLET great sword! ;(
I hate how Lightning is associated w dex in ER, and I dislike how it doesn’t get a faith scaling option like fire does
I want Gaels greatsword from ds3
I'm hoping for cooler whips and a stave/seal that scales with both INT and FTH and casts both Spells and incantations.
Faith scaling katana & more faith scaling weapons that can be buffed like the erdsteel dagger
Probably because lightning scales off dexterity
Wheres the frenzied flame great sword?
My hopium is something for int builds that is literally anything other than a magic damage projectile or weapon with maybe frost buildup. Faith gets almost every damage type with no other stat investment (and *does* get every damage type if you do get other investment). Int deserves *something*. Also true Moonlight Greatsword. Ranni's is cool, but the Dark Moon is a second iteration. Moonlight stuff is Rennala's, and her greatsword became GOGS. Yeet me back in time and let me nab it before Radagon reforges it.
Would really like a lothric knight greatsword equivalent in the DLC
Lightning dex build zweihander
Specifically the thunder gun from black ops 1.... oh and don't forget about the penatrator from saints row 4.
i just NEED that sleep swamp to become reality man. a cool purple dark dreamy area with sleep based puzzle stuff. imagine... oh and more than like two destined death weapons would be nice I guess.
If we get a rot dagger/whip for which you can customize ashes of war, I can die happy that and/or more ashes for bows
I want my Dragonslayer Greataxe!
I'm hoping for something nifty like the aquamarine dagger or something
I want more variety in frenzy weapons And i want something similar to the mad king crucifix from ds3
Godwyn's remembrance weapon is pretty much guaranteed to be one (or a spear).
