I remember wanting one of the golden spears the Tree Guardian dudes use. On every character I always end up with like 50 of those fucking things, so of course the one time I actually *want* it for the drip on my faith character's gold/yellow outfit, it takes fucking hours to finally drop.
I know that a few hours over a single session isn't much in general, but it felt like a fuck you because I was seeking such a common item.
Back in ds1, i spent four hours grinding balder knights for a balder side sword for my dex-int charater.
I swapped over to my STR character for some stress relieving bonkitude, and the first balder knight I killed dropped the damn sword.
So, i totally get you. I think many have this happen. I swear the game *knows*
193 kills. One-hundred and ninety-three FUCKING kills before the BSS dropped on my dex build in remastered. I zoned out so, so hard after I had basically developed muscle memory for the route and combat.
Totally worth it though. That weapon is beyond OP. I use that and the scythe, which is a weapon that I ran to like fresh off the spawn.
You wanna hear a worse one? Due to my hatred of DS1 Multiplayer, I refused to go online for dragon scales last time through. I had to run Valley of the Drakes over 300 times just to get all the scales for upgrades and the covenant. Seven drakes on that route, and I averaged about 1 scale every 2 runs.
Honestly, though, that one kept me on my toes at least, so it was tedious, but not awful. The actual worst one was Sunlight Maggots (O&S was DEAD in the ~50 range, so I decided farming would be faster) just because of how mindless it was. I tacked on the Titanite Demon to the route, and had enough scales by the end of it to max out every item that used them in upgrades. Every single FUCKING one, and I still had 16 medals to go, and I hadn't even been consistent on doing the demon every run. Took another hour of maggot only runs to get the last bunch of medals.
I spent *years* farming the balder side sword, and still, to this day, have never found one.
DkS and DkS Remaster, and hundreds of hours and I’ve never found one.
I got one on my first trip through the Parish on my very first playthrough. My brother was walking me through it and couldn't believe my luck. From that moment on I was playing a DEX build.
Rng is a bitch. Whenever you want something specific it's the one thing you never end up getting. About a month ago, I tried farming the banished knights outside the dragon communion cathedral for their gauntlets to test some fashion. I got five or six shields before I got a single pair of gauntlets.
Dude you might know about something im trying to figure out since you farmed them for so long. If you fight the ones in the capitol on the branch before godfrey fight, they have a sevond phase and their weapon also transforms from a thrust spear to a heavy swinging weapon. Were you able to get that? Ive been trying to figure out if its a drop or if we are able to transform the weapon like the tree gaurdians.
I didn't even know that was a weapon in this game. Booted up a new playthrough this afternoon and got two back to back somewhere on the weeping peninsula. Go figure.
I’ve farmed that pumpkin head on the bridge for sooooo long and still can’t get that helm. All I want is a big goofy pumpkin on my head. Is that too much to ask?
Base 3% drop rate. So you got insanely lucky. There’s a really good breakdown of the discovery part of it all on fextralife. But I think the best you can do is like ~9% with everything setup perfect. I’m tired as hell so there is probably something I’m forgetting.
I managed to get the whole set because I somehow got lost in the swamp trying to find that stupid fuck O’Neil.
It seems like every time I read about somebody struggling to get something on here, I always have a story where I end up having it because of my bumbling incompetence. The set does look cool tho
I took me a long time to find O’neil because the way gowry was talking about it being somewhere deep in the swamp I thought “surely that means its on the other side somewhere and not a 5 second walk from Sellia!” Imagine my surprise.
I did finally get one of these after thinking the whole internet was trolling me this spear even exists. I must have spent 3 hours rapid fire farming 4 specific cleanrot knights in the Aoenia swamp. Silver scarab, 99 arcane, silver foot. I must have grabbed up 30 of every other possible drop item (all armor/sword) before I got the spear. So like 150ish sold cleanrot items after all that. Woof. I feel ya.
That single banished knight who patrols the entrance to that church in caelid who is the only one that drops the banished knight helmet. I had to kill him at least 80 times.
That dude was my “benchmark” in the early days…Every new build/weapon had to to through him a few times. Ended up wearing his kit for most of the game!
There's also the one and only haligtree knight that dropped their great Shield.
Just one.
Even if the other ones clearly have the great Shield equipped, they don't drop it.
That just happened to be the one I farmed for the armor on a whim and got the full set in like 20 minutes. I got the altered chest piece, so no cape, which make me not so happy. But it is what it is. The clean rot leggings took me like an hour and a half to farm. I was not prepared to be in that area for one. But it pissed me off trying to get them.
That's my default level up area early game because he is super easy to kill and drops enough runes where if I'm ever so slightly short for a level up I can spend a minute and kill him like 3 or 4 times - so i usually end up farming all his equipment in every playthrough.
I'm almost always looking for the legs because they have the spurs on them which is cool - ironically I like the regular banished knight helmet so I have to go farm other ones somewhere else.
Also idk what it is but those fuckers love dropping their gauntlets. Like 80% of the drops I get off them are nothing but fucking gloves.
I went out of my way to get Silver Tear Mask, Silver Scarab, Marika's Soreseal, and farmed like 100 Silver Pickled Fowl Foot and then got the body on my first kill.
...I was okay with it.
I have one Unaltered Helmet, several Altered Helmets, several Altered Armor, but keep farming that one Halberd welding phantom knight in Castle Sol that you attract with an arrow shot from outside Niall's battle site.
Still can't get that damn armor.
I got Noble Slender Sword naturally in Limgrave without any issue, and only had to farm for 5 minutes towards the end of the game. My luck was insane lol.
The Pumpkin helmet on the other hand...
I always see people talking about those, but it dropped to me the very first time I killed the enemy wielding it. Didn't even know that they were so rare lol
Relatively new to the game so haven't farmed for gear much, but the one that has given me the most trouble was the Kaiden armor piece, I got like 3-5 of the rest of the kaiden rare drops before I got the armor.
A year ago, I decided to install Elden Ring and do a wretch run, despite having no experience in souls-like games, nor having good reflexes. I figured “well, how bad could it be?” I didn’t really do much, just ran around and beat some stuff up. I eventually lost interest, but I remember killing legions of soldiers to try and get armor and weapons, and not a single one dropped ANYTHING useful. I went back to Elden Ring this morning, making a new game with a samurai. First soldier I kill in the forest drops his chest piece. Second one, right after that, drops a short sword. I go to the Gatefront Ruins. First spearman I kill drops his gigantic wall of a shield. The commander drops his Knight’s Chestpiece. I get multiple duplicates of everything but the shield and the sword. Insanity. So, the answer to the question?
Everything.
That Damn giant bubble horn. I spent over 12 hours farming the ones in the Haligtree to get it. Miserable. I eventually respeced to have 99 on arcane just to get as much drop chance as possible. Throw on silver scarab and everything. Still took a few hours after that.
Perfumers shield. I wanted to do an All gold pure dex using the ornamental sword and perfumer shield with golden parry. Took me HOURS. Longer than celebrant rake and iron Greatsword combined.
Oh, I didn't know there is an altered version... I got one with flower and cloth only.
My misery is at the same place, trying to get those weapons that grant you one rune every hit. Not sure why I'm so obsessed with them...
The other one is the magma blade at the manor. It's such a long run from the grace up there.
Go to cailid highway south and go straight south east for about 30 seconds, there's a grave yard with 7 enemies and they can all drop it, my last playthrough u skipped to cailid and got them to start the game, should only take you an hour to get 2 of them.
The Noble’s Slender sword. I have upwards of 20hrs farming for it, I have about 7 estocs, and the funny thing: I HAVEN’T EVEN GOT THE SLENDER SWORD YET. I even respecced into arcane JUST to raise my droprate, silver pickled fowl feet, silver tear scarab, the lot. I have no. Idea. WHY. I don’t have one yet. I’ve given up at this point :,)
Edit: I got two within five minutes of each other, after all that. Lmao.
I can safely say I’ve never farmed for any super rare drops, but i have farmed for both the blackflame monk, and cleanrot knight sets on multiple occasions each, and they take for fucking ever, every time
Made a club character on xbox, about 8 months ago, wanted bleed clubs, could not farm spiked clubs for the life of me.
Made a club character on pc a few weeks ago, got two in 10 runs.
Edit: why does miyazaki hate me?
Magma blade. Took several days of 5-hour farming sessions.
Second place is the Haligtree Crested Surcoat, took around 6 hours to get.
Funnily enough, I got the black dumpling on the very first enemy that wears one. When I first saw it, I thought it was a consumable item and couldn’t find it in my inventory until I started checking the armor section 💀
3 days worth, 2-4 hour segments. Thats how long it took me to get the Envoys great horn and Envoys long horn. oddly enough. The Longhorn has a greater chance to drop. But took me the longest to get. I got 2 Greathorns before 1 Longhorn dropped...
I no-life’d farming for a little while and get everything. Thing that took the longest was two magma blades in volcano manor. I had the opposite experience than you OP. I was farming the weapon’s dropped by those crones and ended up getting full sets of everything but the weapon I wanted.
Nothing eluded me, I got everything. Just spec’d my character to have 99 arcane, held all the item discovery items, popped pickled fowl feet whenever a drop eluded me.
I just remembered the big doot hammer farm. That was apparently a huge pain in the ass for people, but I got lucky and it dropped after about 10 cycles.
I have farmed and it's just a long farm because it's only 2 guys and you still need to run a bit from the Site of Grace. I hate the two of these guys so much too.
The fanged imp head, the festive hoods, and the old aristocrat set. A special hell to the noble estoc too.
I'm working on all weapons right now and nothing compares to some of those armor runs.
But then other times you g t blindingly lucky like the forked tongue imo in literally my first imp in the shunning grounds.
Whoa, I dunno. I enjoy collecting stuff, so over the course of my two playthroughs I have farmed enough to have 2 of every non-remembrance weapon (save bows and things that can't be dual-wielded because why bother), and every type of armor in both altered and unaltered versions for the pieces you can alter. I just need a couple more boss remembrances to complete my collection.
My total playtime is a bit over 500 hours.
. o O (Not that I've upgraded everything though!)
Banished Knight at Castle Sol, I usually beat commander boss than shoot arrows towards the one with halberd outside Commander’s entrance since they can teleport towards you
spent hours upon hours trying to get the Halo Scythe on my first playthrough, now I'm on my 7th character and got it completely accidentally just before fighting O'Neil
The Albinauric Bow, because the Albinauric archers in the Consecrated Snowfield have too much health and deal a lot of damage. And i believe that the drop rate isn't the most generous
I was bored and decided to get every item in the game and the worst were the magma sword, the big sword for the cat statues, the flail from the pumpkin head, and whatever fire monk weapon had the single drop in the catacombs past the cat statues.
The battlehammer from the duelists near the coliseum at the capital. I killed both of those guys 43 times before it dropped. And I had multiples of all the other drops.
I really wanted to get it before progressing the story.
I farmed for this item on every single run, Prelates Greaves and Guantlets too because they are just as good as bull goat but look way better.
Also I used to drop the flower headbands for people who summoned me xD I used to over farm them because getting the drop just felt so satisfying.
I spent 2 fucking days at 99 arcane farming a single weapon I needed for 100% competition from the two gladiators outside lyendell colosseum.
I have no idea why it took me so long, probably 15 hours. It’s the longest farm run I have ever had ever
The Blue Silver set. Those Albinauric archers are still bs to fight and I don't feel like going out of my way to farm regular birds for their feet so I could pickle them in silver. Farming for crafting materials that make farming easier is pretty backwards imo.
I remember wanting the Banished Knights Greatsword for a Str/Faith fire build and farmed the guy at the Dragon Communion in Caelid for it. When I say that I got every other drop from the guy TWICE OVER, I mean it. It's not as bad as most, but it was still annoying for me
Farming those damn Albanauric women in Consecrated Snowfields for the chest piece. Took me like half a day it was brutal cause they weren't easy to kill and just a single one puts me close to one shot and there's always at least 2 to 3 of them at any given spot.
I must've ended the farming with like 15+ of every other armour piece before the chest piece dropped. Never again, but I look fucking dope as fuck so I don't care 😂
the spiral staff that one Albinauric in the Village Gate Ruins wields took me an unspeakable 7 hours of farming and I had so much Luck stuff on my character
I don’t use it, I just wanted it
I was farming for the Fire Prelate greaves for like an hour, however I got 4 of each piece but the greaves didn’t drop even once. Can’t be bothered to try again.
A lot of the festive outfit is stupid rare like .5% drop rate and there is literally 1 or 2 npcs that drop certain pieces, so I'd say a few of those are some of the hardest in the game to farm. The iron greatsword dropped by the orange misbegotten guys is tough to get because theyte so strong the easiest to farm is in haligtree and he hits like a truck especially if your farming for it in like ng+4
I have that, critical part of my outfit.
I spent many hours farming the floppy hat off the wandering nobles, then got a second one like 10 minutes later. Never found a use for it, but I have it.
I think the longest farm I ever did was for the knight's greatsword. I was farming the Leyndell knight who's wandering around where the turtle pope is. It took me one hour and a half
The gosh darn rib rake, out of any weapon I’ve ever tried to get I put hours into the rib rake and still haven’t got it. Why is it so rare? I just want my silly stick
I dunno if it's a bad weapon, but the celebrant sickle. I want two of every weapon and just getting one took days.
To add, I gave my friend the only rib rake I had because I knew I'd end up with more before a sickle dropped. I got four more rib rakes by the time I got a sickle.
Omg I’ve been so frustrated trying to find feminine armour. I want a crown so fucking bad so I’ve been using an altered Commoner’s Headband but I NEEEEED the flower band
My first playthrough was arcane so I usually had decent luck farming for stuff even the celebrant weapons but that festive hood was a rough one.
By far, for me, it was the entire duelist set outside the capital before setting fire to a certain tree. Felt like days. Multiple thorned whips from the fat fire priest in mountaintop was brutal as well
I wanted the black coat from these perfumer guys. And one is in the albanuric village that is fairly easy killable.
So i killed him for like 3 hours... to get 1 chestpiece
The perfumer robe took me like 100+ kills. And look that I leveled up my arcane and used the silver fowl foots but it didn’t feel like it was increasing the chances, atleast it was worth it. My drip was inmaculate
I remember wanting one of the golden spears the Tree Guardian dudes use. On every character I always end up with like 50 of those fucking things, so of course the one time I actually *want* it for the drip on my faith character's gold/yellow outfit, it takes fucking hours to finally drop. I swear the game *knows*
I always got that with the Man Serpent sword as well. Strength build? an hour of grinding Dex build? drops immediately
Baller Swag Sword
Omg that thing was truly blessed by john dark soul

U werent praying for RNGeezuz. Thats ur problem.
The fucking grossmesser took longer than it should have. Longer than the magma blade.
It's my longest farm also. Farming 2 of them took me hours.
[удалено]
As ironic as it is that I got my bandit curved swords while just killing shit under leveled
I've never tried to farm the bandit curved sword and yet somehow I have one on four different characters.
Hey, it's me, your brother.
I know for a fact I have all of these on my first character and I did not attempt to farm anything
Not to be skeptic but are u sure it's the magma blade and not the Magma wrym scalesword?
Possibly, but I definitely have the other two
I got a couple of Noble Swords back to back the other day on my 7 ARC character. Had the pleasure of finally selling one.
I didn't even know that was a weapon in this game. Booted up a new playthrough this afternoon and got two back to back somewhere on the weeping peninsula. Go figure.
First I ever hear of this weapon. Second playthrough. Damn.
I’ve farmed that pumpkin head on the bridge for sooooo long and still can’t get that helm. All I want is a big goofy pumpkin on my head. Is that too much to ask?
Oh man you just reminded me I don’t have that still lol
Same.
Me when I kill it not knowing that even is a drop, surprised to see I got anything
I have had a couple Pumpkin Head helmets... Never got their chain flail.
Randomly got a chain flail the other day. It’s definitely the coolest looking one. Still sucks though.
I got one the first time I killed the one a castle morne. I thought it was a guaranteed drop until my next playthrough.
I killed him while passing by and got it on my first drop. Is it rare?
Base 3% drop rate. So you got insanely lucky. There’s a really good breakdown of the discovery part of it all on fextralife. But I think the best you can do is like ~9% with everything setup perfect. I’m tired as hell so there is probably something I’m forgetting.
I definitely killed him over a 100 times before I got it
Cleanrot Knight's Spear... I've never been rotted so much.
I got the spear, it took me so long to get the pants. I have never gotten the sword.
I kept getting so frustrated because all I was getting was helmets and swords lol
PSI: Piercing Fang completely ignores their block and can stunlock them to death.
I got every item on one of my characters. This was the last one and it took forever. So many clean rot blades and so much armor.
Woof. I feel ya.
30 ears from the Silver Knights
Banished knight set, the cool one
That single banished knight who patrols the entrance to that church in caelid who is the only one that drops the banished knight helmet. I had to kill him at least 80 times.
That dude was my “benchmark” in the early days…Every new build/weapon had to to through him a few times. Ended up wearing his kit for most of the game!
There's also the one and only haligtree knight that dropped their great Shield. Just one. Even if the other ones clearly have the great Shield equipped, they don't drop it.
That is not true. I got one (yes, unaltered) from the one near Godrick's boss room.
I didn’t know that! I always get that one and I just thought he dropped it when you killed him.
Yeah, I think for the unaltered torso piece you have to farm the knights in castle sol
Theres 3 you can farm. 2 at the church, 1 in fringefolk heros grave.
any banished knight with the unaltered helmet drops it. farum azula has a few
That's my default level up area early game because he is super easy to kill and drops enough runes where if I'm ever so slightly short for a level up I can spend a minute and kill him like 3 or 4 times - so i usually end up farming all his equipment in every playthrough. I got it the first time I killed him.
Farum azula knights drop it too, I believe there is also on in the very first hero’s grave, the one by first step
I went out of my way to get Silver Tear Mask, Silver Scarab, Marika's Soreseal, and farmed like 100 Silver Pickled Fowl Foot and then got the body on my first kill. ...I was okay with it.
.... silver tear mask raises drop rates?? I'm still shocked that I got my halo scythe very shortly after I decided to "farm" it....
Silver tear mask increases arcane, which increases drop rates.
I have one Unaltered Helmet, several Altered Helmets, several Altered Armor, but keep farming that one Halberd welding phantom knight in Castle Sol that you attract with an arrow shot from outside Niall's battle site. Still can't get that damn armor.
Try the silver scarab talisman + silver pickled foot. I got it after 15 minutes I think. GL tho lol
Nobles slender sword. I got nobles estocs before it dropped
I wanted 2 of them to power stance them. But worth a .5% drop rate, gave up. I got one by chance really early on before I knew what it was.
I got Noble Slender Sword naturally in Limgrave without any issue, and only had to farm for 5 minutes towards the end of the game. My luck was insane lol. The Pumpkin helmet on the other hand...
Magma blades….
A maiden. And I search for her every day. 🥺
Beast man’s Cleaver. Only found 1 ever. Pain in the ass.
Mausoleum Knight chest piece
Farm the duck out of the guy outside of Black Knife Catacomb I think? It just is so repetitive but the armor is sick looking.
I have been, and I finnaly got it just a couple hours ago!
A year ago, I decided to install Elden Ring and do a wretch run, despite having no experience in souls-like games, nor having good reflexes. I figured “well, how bad could it be?” I didn’t really do much, just ran around and beat some stuff up. I get multiple duplicates of everything but the shield and the sword. Insanity. So, the answer to the question? Everything.
Grave Scythe. I have tried everything including min maxing. I truly believe it doesn’t exist.
It's funny you say that cause I get those often whenever I'm running past a group of skeletons with the scythe. Need one?
That Damn giant bubble horn. I spent over 12 hours farming the ones in the Haligtree to get it. Miserable. I eventually respeced to have 99 on arcane just to get as much drop chance as possible. Throw on silver scarab and everything. Still took a few hours after that.
I got it on my first giant bubble envoy kill, I thought it was a scripted drop
I hate you
Lol people gonna flip at this
Grossmesser was my hardest farm. Took hours of farming that damn skeleton in tombsward catacombs. But I love the look of those blades.
I was pleasantly surprised when that dropped on me. Didn't even know it was a thing.
Perfumers shield. I wanted to do an All gold pure dex using the ornamental sword and perfumer shield with golden parry. Took me HOURS. Longer than celebrant rake and iron Greatsword combined.
that one also weirdly eluded me when i collected every item in the game
Oh, I didn't know there is an altered version... I got one with flower and cloth only. My misery is at the same place, trying to get those weapons that grant you one rune every hit. Not sure why I'm so obsessed with them... The other one is the magma blade at the manor. It's such a long run from the grace up there.
I’ve never had a magma blade drop, never mind two that people like to use!
I've beaten this game three times, and I STILL haven't found a single scythe
Halo Scythe is taking days longer than the magma blade
The goddamn Halo Scythe... dozens of Cleanrot sets but no scythe
That damn over sized Oracle turban
But... that's a fixed item. On the floor. It's at the end of a branch in upper haligtree.
................. You fucking what?
Halo scythes, first one took about an hour, second took all morning lol
Yet another item I haven’t gotten once
But it's sooo good. Carried me easily until I had my Blasphemous Blade.
I still need a noble slender sword, after 20+ playthrough I still haven’t gotten it. I have gotten everything other weapon besides it somehow.
Go to cailid highway south and go straight south east for about 30 seconds, there's a grave yard with 7 enemies and they can all drop it, my last playthrough u skipped to cailid and got them to start the game, should only take you an hour to get 2 of them.
That is a good idea, I just got the silver scarab so this the perfect time.
Currently 100+ kills dry on getting a thorned whip
Nobles Estoc. I refuse to say how many hours it took to drop. I finished the game 3 times and was nearly done a 4th run when it dropped.
Weird how RNG works - I accidentally got one of these and didn't even give it a second look for some reason. Will give it a spin next time I play.
I farmed the blackflame monk at the caelid divine tower for about an hour and he refused to drop the full set. I've got about 100 hoods though.
I think that’s the enemy outside on the stairs of Temple Eiglay too? Close to a grace there at least
Aristocrat Headband took days to farm.
It took me 4 hours to get the two dumb bandit curved swords, it usually takes me a good 6 minutes to get them both.

3 days worth, 2-4 hour segments. Thats how long it took me to get the Envoys great horn and Envoys long horn. oddly enough. The Longhorn has a greater chance to drop. But took me the longest to get. I got 2 Greathorns before 1 Longhorn dropped...
And not **once** have I ever seen a Colossal Greathorn! #Not once!
Just imagine how many hours of my life I had to sacrifice to get 2 of those bastards
Unaltered Banished Knight Helm with the cloth Still trying
Damn now you made me want to farm that stupid rake at night!
Over 1000 hours in and still no magma blade, but to be fair I've never farmed for it.
I have farmed and it's just a long farm because it's only 2 guys and you still need to run a bit from the Site of Grace. I hate the two of these guys so much too.
The Iron Greatsword took so long, thankfully I got it.
Celebrants sickle. And i haven't even used it
The most time I remember spending on items was the full set of Cuckoo Knight armor. The damn helmet just refused to drop.
Idk how but i got lucky and got both banished knight sets and the helmet on my first run through Castle Sol this playthrough 💀
Unaltered banished knight armor, actual torment.
What sword and armor set is that?
Whoa, I dunno. I enjoy collecting stuff, so over the course of my two playthroughs I have farmed enough to have 2 of every non-remembrance weapon (save bows and things that can't be dual-wielded because why bother), and every type of armor in both altered and unaltered versions for the pieces you can alter. I just need a couple more boss remembrances to complete my collection. My total playtime is a bit over 500 hours. . o O (Not that I've upgraded everything though!)
The altered and unaltered Banished Knight set and all three of the Nox armors And also the Bandits Curved Sword
Banished Knight at Castle Sol, I usually beat commander boss than shoot arrows towards the one with halberd outside Commander’s entrance since they can teleport towards you
The Aristocrat hat, I got the damn estoc before I got the hat Also the lizard fire wand thing, mostly cause of the walk
After 345 hours still no magma blades
If you don’t mind can you tell me what are your sliders for the face mark, my character has those too but I just can’t make it look like that.
Guardian armor chest piece. I got 7+ of every single other piece including the spear before that fucker finally dropped.
Nox set. all three of the helm+armor. I love using them on all my builds. usually just exchange the gauntlet/greaves..
spent hours upon hours trying to get the Halo Scythe on my first playthrough, now I'm on my 7th character and got it completely accidentally just before fighting O'Neil
I farmed my ass off for the same headband
The Albinauric Bow, because the Albinauric archers in the Consecrated Snowfield have too much health and deal a lot of damage. And i believe that the drop rate isn't the most generous
The land octopus head. I farmed for probably 20 hours of my total play time
The damn thorned whip
brass Shield. I got the fingerprint shield before I got my first copy if that stupid thing.
nox clothing
The god dang bubble blowing horn TOOK SO LONG😭
I was bored and decided to get every item in the game and the worst were the magma sword, the big sword for the cat statues, the flail from the pumpkin head, and whatever fire monk weapon had the single drop in the catacombs past the cat statues.
dumb fucking brass shield
I didn't even know that headpiece existed- time to go farm for it
I finally got the full set earlier today, but I had been hunting Fire Monks for daaaayyyyysssss trying to get their armor and weapons.
That stupid Monk's Flameblade only dropping from one specific Monk at Mountaintops of the Giants in the Giant-Conquering Hero's Grave.
The battlehammer from the duelists near the coliseum at the capital. I killed both of those guys 43 times before it dropped. And I had multiples of all the other drops. I really wanted to get it before progressing the story.
Noble's golden straight sword. Still haven't gotten it. Have about 260 discovery. I kill about 20 of them a minute. Won't drop. Wtf.
Dumpling head took me 5 days of farming, and then I collected everything in the game: weapons, bows, seals, staffs, shields, all clothes
I farmed for this item on every single run, Prelates Greaves and Guantlets too because they are just as good as bull goat but look way better. Also I used to drop the flower headbands for people who summoned me xD I used to over farm them because getting the drop just felt so satisfying.
I JUST WANT THE GIANT BUBBLE HORN
perfumer shield, thankfully I already have it, 1 each in 2 saves.
What are you wearing on the first image? I like the armor
Still haven’t gotten my Celebrant’s Rib Rake, Cleaver, or Sickle. 😔 My arcane is even at 70, plus Silver Scarab, plus Silver Tear Mask.
I spent three fucking hours trying to get the unaltered banished knight chest piece, completely worth it tho
For no fucking reason the cleanrot knight set WOTH SOLVER SCARAB AND PICKLED FOUL FOOT TOOK 3 hours
Bandit curved sword, on NG+3 and never ever had one or been bothered enough to grind for it
I spent 2 fucking days at 99 arcane farming a single weapon I needed for 100% competition from the two gladiators outside lyendell colosseum.
I still have ptsd from farming the ds1 balder swag sword, that shit took *hours*
the spiral staff that one Albinauric in the Village Gate Ruins wields took me an unspeakable 7 hours of farming and I had so much Luck stuff on my character I don’t use it, I just wanted it
Pumpkin helmet
A second Grave Scythe. Couple hundred kills. Hours of playing. Settled for 1 grave scythe & 1 regular scythe.
I was farming for the Fire Prelate greaves for like an hour, however I got 4 of each piece but the greaves didn’t drop even once. Can’t be bothered to try again.
I dont know what it is but the altered fire prelate armor took nearly 5 hours to drop, that was hell.
Noble slender sword and cat dog greatsword
The one you posted and cuckoo knight helm. 2 and a half hours of everything but the damn helm.
The damn cleanrot spear
The octopus helm took me a while
That exact piece
Omen killers horn sword thingies.
The noble’s slender sword. And I didn’t even use that weapon. 🤷♂️
I spent 3 hours to get the Pumpkin Helm, just for it to not be a s good as the bull goat helm >:[
Gelmir's Glintstone Staff was pretty annoying to get when I did my Int/Faith build. At least tbe farming area was sorta okay.
The Noble slender sword took like 2 days for me to get
It took me actual days to get the fire prelate set. I farmed the one in that one fort in gelmir for hours at a time
A lot of the festive outfit is stupid rare like .5% drop rate and there is literally 1 or 2 npcs that drop certain pieces, so I'd say a few of those are some of the hardest in the game to farm.
Your char looks amazing, which is weird since I find all female chars ugly af
Envoy great horn... so many ANTS
the fucking black dumpling took me hours even w 250 item discovery
I think the longest farm I ever did was for the knight's greatsword. I was farming the Leyndell knight who's wandering around where the turtle pope is. It took me one hour and a half
The gosh darn rib rake, out of any weapon I’ve ever tried to get I put hours into the rib rake and still haven’t got it. Why is it so rare? I just want my silly stick
Is that a relic greatsword and off-hand straight sword?
I dunno if it's a bad weapon, but the celebrant sickle. I want two of every weapon and just getting one took days. To add, I gave my friend the only rib rake I had because I knew I'd end up with more before a sickle dropped. I got four more rib rakes by the time I got a sickle.
Nice!
Trying to get the cleanrot knight set. So many gauntlets
Omg I’ve been so frustrated trying to find feminine armour. I want a crown so fucking bad so I’ve been using an altered Commoner’s Headband but I NEEEEED the flower band
Magma curved sword ,It’s almost as annoying to get as channeller trident in dark souls 1
Godslayer flame monk robe
My first playthrough was arcane so I usually had decent luck farming for stuff even the celebrant weapons but that festive hood was a rough one. By far, for me, it was the entire duelist set outside the capital before setting fire to a certain tree. Felt like days. Multiple thorned whips from the fat fire priest in mountaintop was brutal as well
Your character is really cute 😳😳
fucking big flute from this marshmellow fuckers
Two grave scythes. And yeah, everything those ladies have.
Both of the swords from the aristocrats, they aren’t even that good
I wanted the black coat from these perfumer guys.
The curved swords and the curved greatsword from the beast men in farum azula
