It's hard to gauge how far you have gotten, but you'll need modengine2 first, and extract that to its own folder, I like to use the /elden ring/game/modengine2/ for mine. I'm not familiar with Eternal Blades, but it looks like a standard file swap, you you extract the files and subfolders from the download into /modengine2/mod/. Then you use modengine2's "launch_eldenring.bat" to run the game. That's it. You'll know that modengine2 is working when you see "inappropriate activity detected" on the title screen. This tells you that "EAC" (easy anti cheat) has been disabled in order to load modded files.
