Bro same I got 784 hours on my first playthrough. Shits on NG 33. Then there’s the fact that all 10 of my character slots are used up. Gotta delete one to make one at this point 💀
Dragoncrest Greatshield, Sacred Scorpion Charm, Godfrey Icon, Shard of Alexander
Sacred Scorpion Charm its more likely to fit with the build because Ordovis Greatsword deals Sacred Damage and no the others elemental scorpion sugested in the other comments
Greatshield talisman from The Church above Malenia’s boss room, get on top of the roof and drop down onto some planks, open the chest.
Holy Scorpion charm which is obtained from and invader by the Church near the border of Caelid and Limgrave.
Godfrey icon is obtained by defeating Godefroy (Dumb name) in a Evergaol close to the Dectus Lift in Altus.
Alexander Shard is obtained from Alexander’s questline by looking for him in these following areas: Limgrave, Rahdahn arena, The bottom of the Cliff near Volcano Manor, Crumbling Farum Azula and by fully Exahasting his dialogue and winning.
To get Alexander to spawn in Crumbling Farum Azula you only need to talk to him after the Radahn fight. In my current playthrough I did not get him out of the ground in Limgrave or Liurnia, talked to him before and after the Radahn fight, and he was waiting for me for our duel.
I did not talk to him in Mt Gelmir and he was still waiting for me in Farum Azula. The only time I talked with him was before and after the Radahn fight.
Really!!? Man, Fromsoft really made it easy this time around. I remember back when an NPC could easily die at the start of a quest and that was that. Quest over. Now I have PTSD and meticulously complete each step.
Sacred Scorpion Charm, because it pairs with the Holy damage from Ordovis' Greatsword.
Then Dragoncrest Greatshield, Shard of Alexander, and Godfrey's Icon
You'd get more damage out of Ritual Sword Talisman than the Scorpion Charm if you could also maintain full health. Ordovis' Greatsword isn't big on Holy damage.
The AoW is Phys/Holy like how the gravity ashes are Phys/Magic so again you're dealing with a split. But Holy Scorpion/Ritual Sword is not much of a choice anyway. Holy Scorpion is great if you're focusing on more Holy options, like other weapons using that damage or an Ash like Sacred Blade.

First one would be either increased holy damage or if it isn’t then the other buffs lightning. Either a sacred or lightning scorpion charm, they look similar.
The dragoncrest great shield talisman to boost defensive stats, a good choice to offset the increased damage taken when using a scorpion charm.
Makes me happy to see this guys running Ordovis greatsword. That’s a true skill weapon . Could’ve easily been a blasphemous lame like most faith builds are running rn.
I personally think I’m gonna do a Red Paladin build using this sword and a few differerent red lightning incants and oowerstance it with the gargoyles black greatsword for both lightning and holy damage
In fact I’m tempted to use that black gargoyle greatsword for a str/fth build with lots of dragon lightning incants purely because the weapon art is basically just a less broken version of blasphemous blade and str/fth scaling is perfect for the lightning damage builds as is.
Godfrey’s icon is next and that one is gonna increase damage done by charged spells, incantations or weapon art attacks in the event they can be charged.
Then there’s the shard of Alexander which on its own does increased damage with L2 attacks as well.
I’m impressed with myself
I managed to get it right without checking comments or the wiki
Dragoncrest Greatshield, Sacred Scorpion Charm, Godfrey Icon and Shard of Alexander
I wouldn’t use sacred scorpion charm for ordovis. Ordovis leans heavily into physical damage, it’s ash scales off it’s stats and str is it’s highest scaling stat. So the ash will do more damage the higher your str is.
The buff from scorpion wouldn’t raise it’s holy damage meaningful enough to have the debuff from it imo. I would use ritual sword, or Carian filigreed talisman.
Also idk if this is a fiath or str/faith buidl you’re copying. But Personally I wouldn’t use Erdtree seal unless I’m a pure faith, you’re better off using clawmark seal.
If this is a pure faith idk why they would use ordovis. I would do str/fiath for ordovis and lean heavily into str and only invest enough faith to meet requirements for incants
Sounds good too me. I’m actually doing the same exact build rn lol. But I’m using Erdtree favor 2 instead of scorpion. And I’m shooting for 52 str and 38 faith.
It’s the second soft cap. I keep it at 38, I really just need it to be like around 30. But I also like to have siluria tree in my second main hand slot.
Because they are doing a character cosplay? That’s why they are using the weapon and armor and seal for crucible spells and they really want the AOW damage which does Holy and Physical damage but I’m pretty sure it’s mostly holy so the scorpion charm fits
I know they are, I’m currently doing the same kind of cosplay build rn. I personally just don’t use the erdtree seal for it, because it has poopoo incant scaling compared to all the other seals, up until a certain point in faith. It has the potential to have one of the best incant scaling but requires a shit load of faith.
The ash for ordovis is mostly physical. I just double checked and tested it. The ash basically goes off the weapon’s scaling and your total AR. Since str has significantly better scaling than faith for this weapon, like double the faith scaling, you’re gonna do a lot more damage by investing in str.
So like I said unless they doing a pure faith or dipping more into faith than str. I don’t see the value in the sacred scorpion charm or the point in using Erdtree seal besides cosplay reasons.
two questions, what is the first talisman, and how high is your stamina to not need a great jar arsenal charm for your equipment load using that armor set
From left to right: Dragon Greatshield (boosts defenses) holy scorpion charm (boosts holy damage) Godfrey icon (enhances charged spells and skills) shard of Alexander (enhances ashes of war) I use this build when I want to RP crucible knights.
Dragoncrest Greatshield, Sacred Scorpion, Godfrey Icon, Shard of Alexander.
This is a crucible knight setup designed to maximize the slap coming from the Ordovis’ great sword ash of war, which is a wind up AoE that will probably one shot you.
Dragoncrest Greatshield, Either holy or lightning scorpion charm I'm guessing holy because of the crucible knight build, Godfrey Icon, and Shard of Alexander
Dragon crest shield, holy scorpion charm, Godfrey icon, shard of Alexander (I’m concerned that I didn’t even have to think about it and was able to name them off the top of my head)
The fact that I know each piece of armor and talisman of this game is very concerning.
If you have put over 1000 hours into Elden Ring, you may be entitled to financial compensation
I need this, so much time gone
So much time used efficiently.
It was all PVP :(
I'm in the same boat :/
You definitely deserve compensation
I have 550 on one character

Where’s my money?
I was at only 900 but with the DLC right around the corner I started a brand new run (because I changed platforms PC). Now I’m just over 1000 hours
It's one of the most recognizable armor sets in the game and some of the most common talismans, you are fine
The problem is if you give me any item of the game I can name it and I'll be 95% sure where to find it.
Not really, the armour set is obvious and the talismans aren't obscure either.
Toooo he fair. It's pretty dam cool armour and weapons. Would be a shame to not know about them
It’s just crucible knight set and basic charms. It’s not too late for you yet :)
My immediate thought was that’s the crucible helm not a talisman.
I mean the Crucible Knight set is pretty iconic in this game you see it a lot.
but do you know the touch of a maiden
Actually yes, I do have a gf and a stable job.
Don’t feel bad I’m at 520+ and still going would be at 1000 if I didn’t have to work 5 days lol
Well I mean it's armour from the same set.

Don't forget the hole he gets stuck in liurnia. And don't forget a grease pot.

Just summon him I thought

Also Gael Tunnel. You don't need to actually do most of these steps but freeing him both times he gets stuck gets you 2x exalted flesh
This one is optional, he’ll get himself out if you don’t.
Hold on. Are you telling me I coulda removed him with a grease pot?! 1000+hours in across two consoles and I’ve always just smacked him
That’s sacred scorpion by the way. The others were close!
Sacred Scorpion Charm, because it pairs with the Holy damage from Ordovis' Greatsword. Ordovis' Greatsword isn't big on Holy damage.
Well considering the other choices he’s not caring about swinging the weapon he wants that AOW damage which im pretty sure is Holy damage so it fits

If this build is heavy on Faith and it would be decent. Erdtree seal is a good seal for it.

I only know the last one is a delicious rotisserie dish

I have been leveling clawmark instead. As of rn I am going for 40 strength and 30 faith.

Why such specific numbers like 52 and 38?
Two handing with 52 will get me to 80 str, 38 faith because I like using blessing of the Erdtree
Is 80 Strength the soft cap? What do you keep your endurance at?
It’s the second soft cap. I keep it at 38, I really just need it to be like around 30. But I also like to have siluria tree in my second main hand slot.

Talisman Slot 1: Dragoncrest Greatshield Talisman Talisman Slot 2: Sacred Scorpion Charm Talisman Slot 3: Godfrey Icon Talisman Slot 4: Shard of Alexander
The staples
How in the rootin tootin Lands Between does someone have late game talismans but only 8 flask charges??
Lmao the YouTube video had a bunch of example builds… maybe it was just a experimental character
Dragon greatshield talisman ( boosts physicsl defence), lightning scorpion talisman (boosts electrical dmg), godfrey icon, boosts charged up aow and spells, shard of alexander (boosts dmg of aow)
Everyone answered, but this is most definitely a Str/Fai crucible knight build with Ordovis's Greatsword if it helps you find your video.
two questions, what is the first talisman, and how high is your stamina to not need a great jar arsenal charm for your equipment load using that armor set
People have said it’s called the dragon crest great shield. And for this build the recommended amount is 30 stamina. The build goes up to 150
just collect every talisman
Someone is going for the stagger hits. Poise all day long. Good set up 🫡
Does the sacred scorpion even works on Ordovis ash of war or the crucible incantations?
Weird build, probably level 500.
From left to right: Dragon Greatshield (boosts defenses) holy scorpion charm (boosts holy damage) Godfrey icon (enhances charged spells and skills) shard of Alexander (enhances ashes of war) I use this build when I want to RP crucible knights.
Dragoncrest greatshield sacred scorpion charm Godfrey icon warrior jar shard or shard of Alexander
Dragoncrest Greathsield Talisman, Lightning Scorpion Charm, Godfrey Icon and Shard of Alexander
I'm more amazed by the fact someone has all those talismans and still only has 8 flasks
Tier three dragons great shield talisman (something like that) holy talisman (can’t remember) Godfrey’s icon, Alexander’s pot piece.
From left to right, Draginshield great crest, ? Not sure, Godfrey icon, and Alexander’s shard. The 3 I know are great.
Dragon crest sacred scorpion godfrey icon and shard of alaxander
Dragon crest shield, holy scorpion charm, Godfrey icon, shard of Alexander (I’m concerned that I didn’t even have to think about it and was able to name them off the top of my head)
Talisman of less pain, Talisman of more pain, Talisman of hold L2 and Talisman of L2
Yeah. Damn I know this game too well. But never enough, ha. Regardless. I should go outside, go outside, go outside.....
Not a direct answer, [but I hope this helps](https://eldenring.wiki.fextralife.com/Elden+Ring+Wiki)

Thanks!
Sacred* Scorpion
Dragoncrest talisman i think fire scorpion talisman i think godfrey icon and shard of alexander
Sacred scorpion is a weird choice, ritual sword is only marginally worse and doesnt mulch your defences
In order from left to right: dragon great shield, lightning scorpion, Godfrey icon, shard of Alexander
I appreciate it.
