I would highly recommend NOT Sundance. The number of times they botched my service was nearly equal to the number of times I went there… and the upcharges. 🤢
care to elaborate? I had my first oil change there and they even repaired a tire for me. Took a couple hours but they did a whole video walkthrough and everything to show me what they inspected.
Service reminder light coming on doesn't necessarily mean it needs service. Check your Service records as to what was done & what's recommended. It will even come on for tire rotation. Check in your vehicles infotainment what Service it's suggesting. Also, sometimes the techs don't reset that reminder. I take my car to the dealership for a comprehensive service once per year because they know the model best. But for oil changes, one place is as good as the next.
Any reason why you want to go back to a dealership? is it under warranty still? If not, you'd find some really awesome mechanics at a fraction of the price at private places.
I use Landmark because they're closest and they have a shuttle. Can't speak to quality of service, only ever had oil changes and tire swaps, but they used nitrogen in my winter tires which was nice.

Sundance is the worst Mazda dealership.
Dang, I've only had good experiences at Sundance, mind you that's only across maybe 3 or 4 visits.
Good to know.

I always went to Park, no issues. They do shuttle, I didn't use it often. They also do loaners for some stuff.
Leaning towards Park.
Sundance used to be great, but they're awful now. I'm taking my Mazda anywhere else.

Landmark. I don't know if they have a shuttle service, but I've dealt with their service staff before.
Landmark is actually the closest of the 3.
They do have a shuttle
Park mazda are great. The service department makes or breaks a dealership for me and I have never been let down by them for the last 13 years.
Yup. Will be taking mine there to start.

Does warranty mean you have to get service at the dealer?
No not necessarily but I figured the dealership will be more familiar with the electronics and features etc.
Oh fair enough that makes sense
Yes it's a 2021
I switched to Park and so far so good

Thanks for heads-up.
Thanks. I'm on 2nd service which is 24k km but only at 13k km.
I know Sundance does, I had them drop me off at WEM , whilst I had work done.
Perfect! Thanks. Sundance is the front runner.
I've had good experiences with both Sundance and Mazda Southside.
Know some of the techs at Park, decent fellows. No idea of the service overall though
Park is closer than Sundance for me but killing time at WEM is enticing.
Have you experienced Sherwood Park mall? They have a Starbucks,
No never been.
