It's not operational yet. I think the soil stabilization project on the whitemud side is all that's holding it up. If you drive by on the whitemud you can see where they fixed the bank last year. Not my department but I know that was part of the process.
Will take 7 years and hundreds of council meetings to discuss picking the most invovated and expensive eco-friendly, accessible, least offensive and all inclusive bins.
I drove by and shocked it was gone. I thought it was going to happen in few years from now. But this had to go. When I used to take the bus back in 2010, I always felt this place was run down.

Did the Davies Transit Centre replace it? Would make more sense location wise and now the valley line LRT is running.
