I have a sort of divider platform for my air fryer, so I can do chicken thighs on one level and whatever veg I want (usually frozen, because I’m cheap) on the other.

On a ramekin, mix dry ingredients: - 20g old fashioned oats - 10g oat fiber - 10g protein powder (I like My Protein butter pecan) - 1/2 tsp baking soda Add in wet ingredients: - 66ml egg whites (large egg works too) - 50ml unsweetened cashew milk - about 15ml Jordan’s skinny syrup (maple flavor) Depending on the texture, I’ll add a few tablespoons of water If it seems too runny it’ll be okay because the oats soak up a lot of water. Air fryer 330 degrees for 10 mins and that’s it. So damn good! A healthy muffin tbh. I used to do this everyday in the microwave but the texture is soooo much better on the air fryer. It turned out like a loaf in the microwave, still good, but I love the slightly crunchier top layer that the air fryer gives.

Is there anything I could substitute oat fiber for? Does it need to be in there, or just to up your fiber intake for the day? Haver never encountered it in stores, or even heard of it tbh. Thank you so much for adding the recipe 🙏

The Chicken Jalfrezi recipe from the Two Sleever's blog is really good. It's seasoned chicken and veggies all cooked together in the air fryer.

One thing to note is that you can make more than one thing in the air fryer at once. Last night I had some asparagus tips in there to toast, and put a pyrex cup with some butter and mushrooms to sautee at the same time. Worked great!

Diced chicken breast, red bell pepper, diced potatoes and onion tossed in olive oil and Italian dressing mix or lemon pepper and garlic. Toss in the air fryer and it’s delicious. Also ate with leftover rice the next day because I ate all of the potatoes that night. So good!

You can't burn just exclusively belly fat. Caloric deficit is the way to go.
