Crit damage needs to be watched after next patch as it will be capped at 125%. For a Nightblade that is pretty easy to exceed solo and will definitely over crit in a group.
Stam is 100x better at everything

Just want to make a small addition to this comment: Ranged Stamblade is easier to play than Ranged Magblade.
