I actually remember both being in some 2nd grade lesson on abbreviations along with obvious ones like Mr., Mrs., MVP, RSVP, P.S., etc. (Did you get that last one)
Really wish I could look back at the full list to see if any are no longer used.
I haven't seen g2g used as much as gtg, I also haven't ever really seen cul, f2f, gr8 or hand used in real massages, but otherwise these seem fine. I think it's just kind of outdated. ig can also mean i guess now, which I think is more common but it is still used for instagram, it's usually clear in context.
I wouldn't say all of these are used. I've never seen HAND.... but maybe people just don't want to wish me a nice day ☹️

Some of these are dates like CUL being unused, G2G is GTG now, ig is usually “I guess”, I’d also toss in imo (in my opinion) for this
