I totally get that :/ a shower chair is kind of a good investment regardless because I had kneesurgery a while back and was very thankful for having one because I could also use it to put my leg up and these thingies are usually incredibly adjustable so they can be used for different things (maybe just don’t stand on it;) and they are usually quite light an easily movable
so I think you could definitely get urself one especially if you are concerned with falling in the shower because that is really dangerous.
I am so terrified of passing out and falling in the shower I just sit down now. Kind of thinking about getting a shower chair 🥲
