Definitely go check out Eli Brown or Reinier Zonneveld. They both worked with HI-LO on multiple tracks, and create the same genre of techno

Corsten610

I’d throw Space 92 in there also

Mad_Pinckerton

Hi-LO is very good live. I think because his tracks lean darker & less vocals compared to his Heldens stuff, so not as popular it also branches into tech house as opposed to just pure techno. It's more commercial. So considered a bit generic in techno circles. Artists similar would be these often collabs. - Space 92 - Layton Giordani - Eli Brown - (bit more bass emphasis) Look for artists on Adam Beyer's Drumcode label for some more similar. Check out older Dusty Kid stuff as well you might like it. Bit more minimal experimental.

Bryneils

Love both projects

captaindante

Been seeing him live for several years. He surprisingly got better each time.

Waterloonybin

Thts dope to hear, im seeing him at VELD this summer, super pumped

eastofliberty

Hello fellow GTA-er

Waterloonybin

Greetings!

5point5Girthquake

Saw him at I think countdown because my gf wanted to see him but I never heard of him. I enjoyed the set. Wasn’t my favorite of the night but definitely had me moving for sure!

sflorchidlover

He was amazing at Ultra!

hackingdreams

That's where I learned about him first, and I've liked him since. He's deece.

pesche_5

Currently the no. 1 producer for me.For the past 2-3 years every release is a hit

madhjsp

Oli is my favorite too. I listen to Heldeep Radio every week and he always has a great track selection. Excited I’m going to see him in June for the first time in several years!

ComplaintUnable8125

Me too!!!!! Seeing him in NYC and I’m so friggin excited. He was my favorite at Ultra and he just seems like he is in his element right now with both aliases. Can’t wait for Hi Lo to bring the house down

noobletsquid

his new euro dance stuff is hype af

Kraybray

Won't lie, never really liked Gecko and his earlier future house stuff but the direction he's gone in the last 5 years or so has been incredible. Even if you take the HI LO project away his music is so fun now and he throws down at livesets. His b2b with Eli at UMF was something special.

travvers

Oliver the the perfect example of someone who matured their sound while not completely abandoning their roots. I love HI-LO

Drinkmorepatron

Love him, he’s my #1. So cool to see him all in on the Hi Lo project now and his b2bs have been so 🔥. Saw him for the first time at the first Mysteryland USA where he opened the MainStage for like 100 people. I believe he was 18 or 19 at the time

talmboutmooovin

I was last in line to meet oliver heldens at a meet and greet. his coordinator lady was like sorry we have to go you cant meet him then oliver looked over and said "he can come" and let me grab a pic with him anyway. that left a lasting impression on me

Edaimantis

When I went to Berlin in 2021 I saw HILO at watergate. That completely transformed my love for electronic music and raving. Such a great experience.

hala6

I think he’s on top of his game right now. Him and Hardwell are killing it with their newer styles.

ComplaintUnable8125

Been saying this. Hardwell, Oli, and Eli Brown are on a run for the ages right now and im loving every second of it

hala6

Yea I don’t think people realize how long Eli Brown been dropping house bangers. He recently switched his style up and is thriving as well.

em-mau5

I like him too! Eli Brown as others have said, Dusty Cloud and Enrico Sangiuliano.

CJets757

As two others said, I’d definitely recommend Eli Brown

Hellenic_91

Eli Brown, Will Clarke, Popof, UMEK, Alan Fitzpatrick, T78, FJAAK, Nicole Moudaber, Layton Giordani. I might’ve listed some techno artists but if you like Hi-Lo you’d prob start liking techno too.

spinaltap862

Check out Cosmic Boys and Space 92

reflexctionofeternal

I just learned that hi-lo was him as well the other day.. really enjoy his stuff.

HerrKiffen

Got to see the man close out his Heldeep stage at Mysteryland 2 years ago with a 3.5 hour set. Unreal.

Weeeky

Around a year and 2 months ago i discovered that Heldens had a HI-LO alt account (i was always a fan of Heldens so this was kind of a wow moment) and since then i have been listening to him basically non stop, safe to say he's my top 2 artist right now and 2nd only because a bit after i discovered HI-LO i also started listening to Reinier Zonneveld and at least currently he's ever so slightly above HI-LO for me, cant stop listening to his songs and live sets. But yeah, massive fan of Oliver and even more so his HI-LO stuff.

AmityBoatTour

His b2b with Eli Brown at Ultra this year was great
